We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere was so peaceful , it was the perfect getaway for our family. We visited in winter and, although we were initially concerned about the cold, we were pleasantly surprised to find heated blankets on the beds, a gas heater, and a cozy indoor fireplace that made our stay extra comfortable. The host was lovely, welcoming us warmly and always available when we needed assistance. The location was central, easy to find, and close to everything we needed. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Stunning location and Emelda is the best host . She went out of her way for our family and my boys loved the space and freedom .We were even lucky enough to see the bush buck and the bird life is amazing . House had everything you would need and more .

Wonderful place Juan is a good host but when we checked out Juan co-host requested that we should pay R5400 for leaving’s the sheets and towels dirty. Yet the only things we damaged was a wooden bush and glasses. However Airbnb resolved the issue and requested that I should pay for what I damaged which I took full responsibility accountability for. I feel like the co-host was trying to exploit us.

The home was lovely, clean and well appointed. Lynne who envelopes us get in was punctual and friendly and communicated with us throughout. Ilsebe also checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.

The house was amazing, clean and fully equipped with everything you need and set in a stunning location. The indoor braai was a treat to have and we could sit in the evening with the doors open listening to the sea. Rika was a very friendly and kind host. Rika helped us out when we had a problem with our car. We would loved to have been able to stay longer and highly recommend. We hope to be able to return again.

Absolutely 5 star accommodation and surroundings. Wendy and James (and the dogs) gave us a warm welcome and directed us to the best restaurants in Wilderness as well as recommendations for walking trails. Definitely top of our list for a return trip. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer. The view is spectacular overlooking Island lake and the sea. The private balcony is perfect for a morning coffee and spotting birds. Keep an eye out for the Knysna Turaco (Loerie). The pool is perfect for cooling off after a long hike.

Carla was lovely and the house was stunning. A great location with lovely views and easy access to a host of great shops and restaurants. We would love to come again. Highly recommended

Amazing space! Great location within the golf estate, with a lovely view from the balcony. Well designed apartment with excellent furnishing and decor. Walks and runs within the estate were great - safe and wonderful views. A short drive away from the beach. Would definitely recommend this space. We had a fantastic stay at Nima Lodge. The view is absolutely stunning – even more impressive than in the pictures. The lodge itself is beautifully designed, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. We loved how it blends into nature while still feeling modern and comfortable. You can really switch off and unwind here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway – we would definitely come back!

What a joy to sleep with the sound of the waves. Fantastic location to just sit and enjoy the ocean. The rain shower has nice force making the shower very enjoyable. Lovely soft bath towels and linen

We had a lovely stay at Adele and Ken's place. We especially enjoyed their company and the lovely apartment which was so comfortable. We do regret that we did not stay longer.

Great place and welcoming hosts! Came here a few days before my daughter started an internship in the area so we can check the location and surroundings. Darryl was very responsive and they had such good recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Would definitely come back to this place is I’m ever in the area.

We were a large group of 9 adults and 5 children and felt so welcome and at home at 6onProtea. The rooms are all very well equipped, the kitchen and dining area well serviced and the views/location was beautiful. The manager and his housekeepers were AMAZING! We felt so cared for with their excellent recommendations for local restaurants/attractions. Nothing was too much trouble and they were attentive but not intrusive. The manager provided us with a great selection of new board games when we arrived as he thought “we looked like we were a group that would play games”. He was so right! We have many special memories of playing board games and laughing next to the roaring fire on the chilly winter nights in a special location in Knysna. We will be back!

This was a last minute booking over a busy period due to unforeseen circumstances resulted in a move. The home was comfortable, offered a lot under roof and offers easy access to the N2 and all the area has to offer. A standout during our stay was Ravon. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive, friendly and ready to help where needed!

Great place!

The house was absolutely fabulous. We were 8 people and the house has plenty is space to comfortably accommodate all of us. It is also tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was completely safe and near many attractions including restaurants. We highly recommend the place and would not hesitate for one minute to book the place again. This was one of the best places I have ever rented on Airbnb. Thank you Kirsten

I have no words to describe Sandro’s house! It is a unique place and I can’t believe how lucky we were to find it and spend a couple of days there! It’s a magical place surrounded by nature with everything you will ever need for an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend it and wish to come back some other time in my life.

Absolutely stunning views over the beach and sea. The views can be enjoyed from everywhere in the house. Extremely large beautiful property with lots of open space inside and out. A large balcony with loads of space to relax on. The main bedroom and bathroom are a great size and very comfortable again both with amazing views. Large dressing room too. All far bigger than the photos show. A few minutes drive to the beach which is lovely and not too busy. There is only a very small village shop with very limited supplies. We ate at Butterfly Blu on the beach a couple of time and the food was very good. Our only feedback would be some comfortable relaxing chairs to be used on the lawn. There are however 2 loungers on the balcony. We would definitely recommend this property especially if you are looking for privacy and scenic views.

Bahari has the most spectacular view. You feel as if you’re floating on the ocean. This is our second stay here and we did find that perhaps the house needed some maintenance but other than that we loved it and will happily return. Karen is extremely helpful and quick to assist if there are any issues that require action.
