Villa holiday rentals in Kabini River

It was absolutely fantastic to stay in the house. It was like the pictures shown in the site and was provided with a full equiped kitchen. The three rooms were quite large with spotless linen and two clean washrooms. The view was very serene and provided with a sense of peace. The owners were very polite,hospitable and very cooperative, to say the least. Overally,it was a very fulfilling stay.

The surrounding and neighbourhood was quite & calm. Perfect for a weekend to escape from bangalore. The place had that touch of old traditional homes which made feel at home.

everything was great including hospitality, rooms , cleanliness etc...only one thing I found is lack of power back up. we faced a power cut of 10 minutes and the room was not equipped with Inverter.

property is in strategic location,just overlooking beautiful mountains and coffee estate. property was very clean and good. the complementary netflix account,clean crockery unit, towels,tooth brush and paste are some of the highlights of the property

Great place and the best part is the view that you get every morning and evening. Totally worth it. The place is really good and the staff were super helpful. Few things that can be improved . 1) Mobile number on which we can contact . It was missing and what was provided was not responsive 2) Food was delicious but slightly expensive, 3) Power backup need to be improved 4) Only one mosquito repellent was available

I had an amazing stay at Nibana, thanks to our incredible hosts, Girish and Jawid. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was perfect. They took care of everything—from delicious meals to planning out the best places to visit in the area. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed property in Coorg. The interiors, done up in calming whites, give the space a serene, Pinterest-worthy charm — every corner feels thoughtfully styled and photo-friendly. The caretakers were extremely sweet and cordial, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day! A couple of suggestions for improvement: the pool, being open, had quite a few floating insects. A transparent cover or more frequent cleaning could make the experience more enjoyable. Also, the washroom flooring could be better maintained, as it didn’t feel as clean or fresh compared to the rest of the property. Overall, it’s a peaceful, aesthetically curated getaway that we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Coorg!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, & I’m an avid traveller. Perfect for an extended family stay (we were 9 people). The house with its large glass windows, 5 identical well-furnished rooms, outdoor swimming pool, watchtower, and especially the projector screen in the hall, were exactly what we wanted to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. Special shoutout to Rakesh Bhaiya and the 3 other Bhaiyas who were always just a call away, cooked delicious food, and provided better hospitality than any 5 star property can. Will recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay among nature a group of 10 or so people.

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

In my 7 years on AirBnB across 25 trips, this is hands-down the best property yet. The hospitality of the staff left us in awe of the experience. A gold mine.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

I recently stayed at Chinar Villa in Wayanad, and it was an absolute delight! The villa is beautifully designed and offers a spectacular view of the Banasura hills. The homestay is well-furnished and provides a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The private swimming pool was a highlight for us. Jiyo, our host, was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring our stay was pleasant and stress-free. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Banasura Sagar Dam. Sumin hosted us for two days and the property was beautiful and as described. Aumin helped us to arrange for an iphone charger as well as we forgot our own, he is an awesome host. We had no problems and had a very pleasant stay

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

We had booked this place for a family trip and had an amazing stay. Pros: 1. Beautiful, spacious and well maintained property. the rooms, pool and surroundings were clean. 2. all the listed facilities were available. 3. the property was easy to find. 4. the surroundings are calm and green. 5. eateries and groceries easily available, food delivery by restaurants was also available. 6. Caretaker is available 24x7 and is super helpful, but only speaks malyalam which could be an issue for some. We took google translators help. 7. spacious car parking area, can fit 2 cars. Improvements: 1. There were a lot of Black ants (can't help given the location plus they're harmless, so not a big issue) so had to keep all the food items protected and out of their reach at all times. 2. there were a lot of ants under the mattress in one of the bedrooms but the caretaker cleared it as soon as we informed him about it. 3. some chairs in the balcony and outdoor seating would've been great.

We had a nice stay at Ranjus place. The villa is very well kept and the in-house caretaker is always available for help. Even though the house is a bit away from city and mainstream shops and restaurants, you can order food through Swiggy and care taker will run the errands for you. The only glitch we had was the refrigerator that wasn’t functional for almost the whole day, probably due to a power cut in that area. Will definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a good quality stay with all amenities, away from the crowded areas.
