Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and a private barbecue area right by the lake. The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Room with desk, armchair, table and sofa bed of 140 cm. Balcony. Kitchen with kitchen table, basic kitchen equipment, stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower. Hall with its own exit to the stairwell. In the hall there is also a locked soundproofed door to the rest of the apartment where I live. Total 35 square meters. Sommarro is 15 minutes by bike from the city center. Several bus lines stop nearby. Nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. The city forest invites you to take walks in nature.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.
