House holiday rentals in Kadamakkudy

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Hosts were wonderful and super helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and the house is larger than expected. It has 4 bedrooms, each with individual bathroom. The house is a bit far from fort kochi itself, but the perfect location in the backwaters.

This was my second stay at Camper By the Bay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This property is truly second to none—the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. My family had such a great time, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy yet comfortable getaway. It's a fantastic spot for families, kids, and even small parties. The views from the balconies are so peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Camper By the Bay!

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

Had a great stay while transiting through kochi at this bnb, the house is beautiful and has amazing vibe!! Must visit. just a little feedback since we were visiting from Canada and use airbnb.ca with no previous experience in India. One thing we noticed was direct messaging on number through host which didn’t sit well initially cz that’s private info, and when we asked for troubleshooting some issue during the stay it was great that the host came right away but didn’t leave once issue was fixed, felt weird being in the space with someone around. I think it was not malicious intent but just something to improve on privacy!

The location is amazing, immediately next to and with a great view of the Periyar river. The villa is large with 5 bedrooms with attached toilets and AC, with spacious living, dining and kitchen. It has a pool with a large lawn and open spaces. The 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the villa have the feel of a traditional 'Nalukettu' kerala house with lot of wood works. There is a caretaker staying within the property available for assist. Food can get delivered to the property with Zomato or Swiggy. There is a good sea-food restaurant 'Al-Saj' close to the property. The host, Roshan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I had a truly pleasant stay! Neha was incredibly kind, respectful, and always quick to respond to any questions. She made sure everything was clean, comfortable, and well-arranged. A peaceful and green property featuring a lovely jackfruit tree, which added to the charm of the surroundings. The host was polite and responsive, attending to our queries throughout the stay. The house is thoughtfully set up with basic amenities and ensures a sense of safety for guests. It offers ample space indoors, making it suitable for a large family or group to relax comfortably. The location is conveniently connected to the main town. Do note, however, that the property is situated in a narrow lane—though easily accessible—If you come with the car, ample parking space is available just outside(main road) and is safe. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Had an amazing stay at Jacob’s Inn for 2 weeks. Anisha was a very friendly and helpful host and provided clear instructions on what to do regarding check-in and other amenities. The place has towels and kitchen amenities which was very useful. All bedrooms had a good space and looked exactly like the pictures. All rooms have A/C and fans too which is a perfect bonus. Will gladly come stay here again. 10/10 would recommend if you are on holiday here with family for a week or so as it is close to the metro station, easily accessible and has many restaurants/services around it.

Home away from home I booked this place for my parents and both the hosts supported me as a family. At no point of time I realised how my parents will manage. From recommendations to bookings of nearby sight seeings everything was guided by Krishna Uncle and for the breakfast they invited at their home and early morning served them pure vegetarian lovely meal. Uncle is so proactive and kind to help you out any time and in any way. Ongoing festival darshan at Ettumanoor Mahadev temple was wholesome and ritual experience, morning kayaking was adventurous one. Whenever I felt anything he is just a call away and everytime it feels like I'm talking to my Uncle, my parents are going to other home. Super thankful for your support and beautiful connection. A must go to place with serene beauty, peace and pampering hosts.

It's a very nice place if you have a large family to accompany. The host was extremely helpful and is very friendly to deal with. The house was kept exceptionally clean, and there were all the utensils for use. The wifi was good, the place is very close to the city.

A lovely self-contained apartment, very close to attractions and restaurants in Fort Kochi. Sunil and Susan are very nice, quick to answer any questions and really friendly. Apartment is compact with a separate bedroom, small kitchen and great balcony to sit and relax on. Good for one person long-term or a couple for a week or so in my opinion. Free breakfast provided by Sunil and Susan was a lovely touch and the icing on the cake of a great stay.

It was a very nice and comfy atmosphere. Mr Eldho was very friendly and very cooperative. All the amenities were good and neatly arranged. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Neil's place is lovely and it is situated in a great location with many sights within walking distance. The check-in went smoothly courtesy of the detailed instructions that Neil had provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

Such a fantabulous place to stay with good ambience!!... This place is apt for 6 people. Swiggy & Zomato are available here. Only shortcoming was there was no fan for a huge dining hall. Needed atleast 1 a.c or more fans to cover such a big area...

A tranquil and picturesque retreat with clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food. The caretakers—Ashique, Arun, and Ajay—provided exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their outstanding service and warm support truly made the experience unforgettable. Looking forward to returning next year with my family!
