Clean, Safe, Centrally Located, Air-Conditioned Apartment with Kitchen

The apartment is located in the lively, historical and touristic Kadıköy Bazaar area. It is close to Kadıköy Coast, Fenerbahçe Stadium and many entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, Kadıköy fishermen's bazaar, performance stages and theater show centers. Since our apartment is located in the center of Kadıköy, it is within walking distance to all public transportation. I recommend that you make a reservation knowing that it is a 35-40 year old building and that there may be noise from the bars around and below it.

Our charming, spacious and peaceful apartment is located in Acıbadem, a central and decent neighborhood in Istanbul. It is a family apartment where you can stay comfortably. Our apartment is 5 minutes from Acıbadem Street, very close to restaurants and shops. Shopping mall 10 minutes, metro 10 minutes, Marmaray 10 minutes. It is located on Bağdat Street (the world's 4th shopping street) very close to Caddebostan beach and park. You will enjoy your stay in our tastefully and modernly designed house. You can meet all your needs with the location of our house. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, transportation and restaurants. Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.
