Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Out of love for nature and interiors, we’ve created house where you can relax, recharge and experience exceptional moments. Everyone will find something for themselves. It is an ideal place to celebrate with loved ones: a spacious terrace encourages slow breakfasts, a fireplace and a hot tub will light up long evenings, a large shelter by the fireplace invites you to feast, attractions for children will keep the youngest busy, and hammocks are an ideal place to listen to the sound of the forest

Agritourism - Karwik Stop no. 2

Agritourism - Przystanek Karwik is a house located among Masurian meadows, lakes and forests. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting. Sunny Masuria - Holiday Home

Morning breakfasts in the gazebo with the chirping of birds and evening dinners at the barbecue during sunset will provide you with a lot of joy and pleasant experiences. Numerous walking paths, forest paths and bicycle routes will make your stay more pleasant and provide excellent recreation and relaxation. The lake shore is beautifully developed. There is a communal swimming area with a large pier, a sandy beach and a volleyball court. Vast forest areas are 300 m from the property.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Wooden chalet built in Kurpiowska, although in Mazovia. An atmospheric wooden lake house in the Natura 2000 area. Yes, you can bathe in the lake! We provide SUPs to sail out onto the lake. If you want to fall asleep by the wick of frogs and wake up from the singing of birds, then our cottage is perfect for you. The large garden gives you space for exercising and being active. The cottage is surrounded by forests abundant with mushrooms and berries. There is also a children's play area with a slide and a sandbox.

Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.
