Three bedrooms can easily accommodate up to 6 people, and a romantic getaway for two is also possible. There is an intimate pond on the property. Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Finished to a high standard, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace, all designed having comfort and satisfaction of our guests in mind. On the fenced plot around the house, apart from a bonfire place with handmade benches and comfortable hammocks, you can find a lot of green space enabling all kinds of family recreation and relax.

Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger town is 25 km away -Ostrołęka, or the municipal village of Goworowo (5 km ) where you can find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, we tan the house with a fireplace that gives you a lot of heat. The entire property is available to landlords-it's perfect for pets.

Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.

Welcome to Masuria and our new cottage called Stodoła. The cottage is located 170 km from Warsaw, 6 km from Szczytno in the village of Trelkówko. The cottage is of a high hotel standard.
