Eine schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Verbleib braucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar etwas vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber man kommt schnell mit der Bahn oder der Tram dorthin. Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich wieder in Kagoshima bin.

가고시마추오역까지 5분 내 걸어서 접근가능합니다. 가는길에 상가거리가 있어 해를 피하고도 갈수 있었어요. 열차가 지나가는 길 근처라 소리가 좀 나지만 아이랑 있어 오히려 좋았네요. 아기가 기차를 좋아해서요. 숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 편안햇습니다. 가격을 대비 크기도 크고, 화장실/ 욕실도 따로 구분되어 있었습니다. 가고시마를 다시 가게 된다면 또 묵게 될것 같아요. 추천합니다.

It’s a room owned by the hotel next door, so everything is basically hotel standard. Check-in is at the front desk of the hotel, and you can get a parking coupon for ¥800.

很不错的入住体验，房东很热情，下次来鹿儿岛首先考虑再次入住。

房源在非常中心的地段，但是很安静。房东对入住房源也描述得很清晰，很容易就找到了。入住是通过密码锁，也很方便。如果愿意走路，实际上距离鹿儿岛中央站、水族馆都可以通过步行到达。房间可以做饭，厨具也一应俱全，如果只是短暂的在鹿儿岛停留，住这里就很方便！

2名で3泊4日滞在させて頂きました。最初玄関が分かりづらく少し戸惑いましたが、以降に困ったことは何もありませんでした。宿の設備として生活に必要な物は一通りそろっているので最低限の荷物でも問題ありませんでした。 また、繁華街近くに位置しているため車を使わずに歩いて食事に行けるいいロケーションです。近くにスーパーも複数店舗あり助かりました。 奄美に旅行する際は再度宿泊したいと思います。

It was our 5th time in Japan and the best place we stayed! Yuko san was the nicest, wormest and the most caring person we met in Japan. We were welcomed personally by her. She showed us all the apartment and provided all necessary informations. She even prepared some light snacks for us. In the morning she brought us delicious breakfast and when we were leaving equally delicious bento for the next part of our journey. I can not recommend this host and her place enough!

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment and the location was very nice! There are plenty nice restaurants and bar and we had a very nice time! :) we recommend renting a car, as there are many beautiful beaches and places to get to more easily this way.

子供が５歳、３歳、０歳なので和室がとてもありがたかったです。お風呂などの水回りがとても綺麗で安心できました。立地もとても良く、コンビニ居酒屋がたくさんあり不便しなかったです。また利用したいです

The host was very warm-hearted. She welcomed us with her own cafe drinks, and also helped to buy JR train tickets and pick-up and drop-off at the station. We like this accommodation very much. We can experience Japanese architecture from our stays, very unforgettable. By the way, house is close to the sea, and the indoor space is very large and cost-effective. Will come next time, see you soon.

Masatoshi's place is pristine and clean. The tableware and cooking utensil supply is good enough for a long stay. This Airbnb is situated in a very convenient place. It takes only 10 to 15 min. to the city center (Tenmonkan) and there is a couple of convenience stores and grocery stores within walking distance. If you are looking for a comfortable and also affordable place to stay, you should look at this place.

It was a nice and great experience staying in your apartment. If possible, please install a washing machine for laundry then the apartment will be perfect. For sure, I will book it again in the future. Thank you very much.

房间离指宿站有一段距离，夏天走起来会很热，如果不想走，可以从车站坐公交到砂樂温泉站，很好找到。房间所见即所得，直接能看到大海，离砂樂温泉也非常近。房间就能泡温泉，很棒的！房东还贴心的准备了冰棍（虽然离开了我才想起来我忘记吃了，大哭）但是因为海边潮湿的关系，房间有蜘蛛，泡澡的时候爬了过来，有被吓到。值得一提的是，房东非常好！很温柔善良的两个女孩子，亲自迎接，也亲自送行。甚至大方的让我寄存了行李，最后还贴心的帮我把行李送到车站，真的非常感谢！

Mico's place is small and basic, but great value and great location. It was so central and very easy to get around. He was a very responsive host and helpful with our questions. We would stay again.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De airbnb was makkelijk te vinden en had alles wat je nodig had. Take reageerde altijd erg snel en vriendelijk. We kunnen Take aan iedereen aanraden!

Excellent place to be. Extremely convenient location within the main shopping center and easy walking distance to views of the volcano. Peaceful room. Very recommened.

宿泊施設はビルの二階で、リビングや寝室が広く、建物は古いですが、清掃がしっかりされています。 場所は街の中心にあり、徒歩でスーパーや飲食店に行けます。 周辺には市役所、教会、葬儀屋さんがあり、日中は車と人通りが多いですが、夜間は静かな場所です。 駐車場が近隣に数軒あり、17:00〜8:00まで300円で停める事が出来ました。 問い合わせに関しては、早めに返信頂けるので、とても助かりました。 奄美に旅行に行ったら、また利用させていただきたいと思います。 滞在中ありがとうございました。

房间很大，非常的干净，日常用品齐备，智能马桶，冰箱，厨具，微波炉都有。浴室也很棒，洗澡舒服。民宿就在中央站旁边，坐车，逛街都特方便。

The host was very attentive, gave precise instructions and the apartment accommodated three people perfectly. The apartment is not new, but very well-kept and location is excellent! We liked pretty much everything!

It was nice that they provided a netflix account in the room!
