Set on a half acre property next to our historic farmhouse, centrally located at the outskirts of Motupipi, at the eastern side of Golden Bay, only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from Takaka township. Our unique Flax Pod cabin is a repurposed shipping container with epic views of Golden Bay. It suits a relaxed couple, has a comfy queen bed, sofa and kitchenette. Large bi-folding doors open onto a deck where you can totally relax, enjoy a cold beer, sink into a quirky hot tub and soak up the sea views. Its in a great location and a great base to explore Golden Bay from. Enjoy getting back to the basics, dozing in a hammock, a friendly weka or two and a spectacular night sky.
