Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with view of pool and gardens and sunset. Short walk to historical Kailua Kona Town, shops, restaurants, farmers market and sunbathing beach. Relaxing atmosphere with pool, hot tub and coin operated laundry facilities. On site free parking on first come first serve basis. Free on street public parking nearby.

This fully equipped two-bedroom, two- bathroom condo is in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. The start and finish of the Ironman Triathlon is a five- minute walk away, as are shopping, dining, and Kailua's night life. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom, one with a stand up shower and the second with a tub/shower combination. The wifi is fast and reliable and the shaded, fan cooled, lanai is right off the pool. Both the condo and the complex are no smoking zones.

Only two blocks from the ocean and Kailua-Kona town. A few blocks away you have Alii Drive the main street of Kona town where you can find plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food options. Also close by you have the Kona Brewing Company, Ola Brewing, Cafes and Bars with live music, boutiques, and grocery stores.
