Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kakovatos

Mano’s responsiveness and help was remarkable. The house is quite comfortable for up to 8 people. It has everything you want and makes you feel like home! The only two things worth mentioning are: 1) There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, making it difficult to enjoy the fantastic yard of the house and discouraging everyone needing to go outside for any reason. Having equipped the house with both inside and outside mosquitoes repellents would be a quite important “plus”. 2) The yard is not fully fenced in, so if someone has a dog that tends to wander or does not have good recall, they can easily get outside of the premises of the house.

We had a very nice time at Turtle Nest. The process from arrival to departure worked out great. Although Claudia herself was on vacation, she was always responsive and gave us a great tip for olive oil. She even organized the contact with Christos who delivered the olive oil to the house and even brought fresh vegetables from the garden. A small cozy house that had everything we needed. This house is wonderful. Sensitively restored with a real sense of history. It feels like a home. Langkadia is that plenty of places to eat and drink really well. It is very well placed for walking? At one end of the Menalon trail, and an hour from Olympia. Highly recommended.

We felt at home in this house. Everything was provided for. Mr. Fotios contacted us before our atrival and informed about us during our stay. Gargaliani is a pleasant town and an ideal location to visit places like Pylos and even Olympia

you have to climb 104 stairs from the car parking but afterwards it's like a dream. the view from the appartmant is like a dream. the heating is perfect. all the day you hear the birds singing and during our last days the cherry has start giving us fruits. for us it was perfect place for working. the only issue is the internet which is not strong g enough but due to thr owner there are no other choice with the company there. so its better to have an additional option if you are working there. the village is one of the busiest in the area go up to the top of the villsge and go west. the people in the village are really nice.and the dogs are so qute h

Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! Second time we stayed at this villa. Fantastic experience

We were hosted very well by Georgia and Stathis. Georgia had prepared things for our arrival: Great! We haven't seen this anywhere else! The house is large and clean. The pool is great!! Stathis and Georgia also invited us to the village party. Great hosts! Note that the house is in a mountain village. The view is great. The place is very quiet and relaxing.

We spent 8 days in the beautiful house by the sea. The house is lovingly furnished and great for 2 couples due to living on two levels. Our dogs also felt at ease. Even more beautiful than the house itself, is the garden with terrace and especially the view to the sea. It's so incredibly close that you just have to open the garden door to be right on the beach. You can hear the waves in the bedroom and fall asleep to the sound of the sea! Relax here! Maria, Kelly's mom, welcomed and showed everything very kindly. The fridge was also already filled with the essentials! Kelly was always quickly accessible, super nice and gave us very good tips. It was a fantastic time and I will certainly long back with you!

Pefkides was a wonderful place to stay for my family and I. The pool is great, the loft space is wonderful and the host was always present in the property. I highly recommend this place and will likely stay here again.

Amazing place! Tranquility, privacy, relaxation and nature in a single package. Really close to everything one may need (supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, petrol stations etc) and also close to central roads that will get you all the way up and down the beautiful messinian coast. Christine was really helpful and always available to respond to any request. Thank you for everything.

Antonis was a great host. My family and I came from Athens for our mid-term holidays and Antonis’ place was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, super clean, quiet, right by the beach, with great outdoor space to use all day long. There are great restaurants to go to nearby and the entire coastline is amazing. We strongly recommend Antonis’ place for a wonderful holiday with children who like the outdoors.

We had a wonderful weekend at Astrino's place. Miss Peli was incredibly kind and welcoming — she responded immediately to our last-minute booking, which we really appreciated. The house is perfectly located right in front of the bay, in a peaceful little town with stunning views — especially at sunset, when the sun sets directly into the sea in front of the house. The garden at the back is lush and quiet, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The house itself was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Despite the hot weather during our stay, it remained cool and fresh throughout the day. Miss Peli is the sweetest host — always helpful yet discreet, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is also ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with many options for short daily trips. I would definitely return to Miss Peli’s beautiful home and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The accommodation is in a quiet place, in excellent condition, fully equipped. Its location is ideal, just a few steps from a beautiful beach and with a beautiful garden. The hostess was always available and kind for anything we might need. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to anyone who wants a holiday by the sea with comfort and a peaceful environment.

This farmhouse was wonderful to stay at. Angelina couldn’t meet us but she arranged to have her father John meet us. He gave us a great tour and took us down the path to the beach. John knows a lot about the area and he told us about the beach, the sea forest, and the Ionian current. The house is tucked in amongst olive, lemon, and orange trees making it very private and peaceful. It was so relaxing to return to the farmhouse if we were out for the day. There is also a great greengrocer worth stopping at in Kalo Nero. The house has lots of beds and it would be worth having more people stay at the farmhouse. There is a lovely outside table to have a family meal all together. If you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature then this farmhouse is for you. Our teenage kids rated this as the best place we stayed at during our 2 week visit to Greece.

The two of us enjoyed every day of our three weeks in this cottage close to the endless sandy beach! Ioannis is a wonderful host. It was like visiting a friend. The house is exactly as described, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even oven and freezer are included. However, the taverns nearby are very good :-) There is a lot of closet space, enough hooks, a clothes rack - everything is perfectly and lovingly furnished. (Info for back sufferers: The mattresses in the two bedrooms are new, there is a softer large bed and two firmer narrower beds, so something for everyone.) Outside, there is a suitable spot in the countryside for every position of the sun - with luck, you will be visited by Schildi, the local Greek tortoise. We would very much like to come back.

great place. great host, friendly. large garden. clean. spacious. Good spot. Giulio welcomed us as family members and were even able to enjoy the Easter meal with them! the place is great for families, hiking, the beach and visiting Olympia.
