Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου. Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.
