Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean more spacious than the pics and the icing on the cake is that glass balcony. Perfect place for a morning coffee or evening cocktail and take in the beauty of Kalami bay! Super friendly and responsive hosts… overall, a delightful stay and would highly recommend booking this special place!

Unser Aufenthalt in Kalami war total schön. Der Balkon vor der Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Wohnung war jetzt nicht super groß, hatte aber alles was man braucht und war total schön eingerichtet. Mit den drei Einzelbetten perfekt für einen Freundes-Trip! Das Bad ist modern und mit einer tollen Regendusche ausgestattet. Auch die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr schön, man braucht nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Ansonsten konnte man mit einem Mietwagen gut andere Orte auf der Insel erreichen und direkt am AirBnB parken. Alles in allem ist das AirBnB von Kostas und Persefoni eine klare Empfehlung, die beiden waren immer schnell zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Barbro ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Unsere Sonderwünsche bzgl. An- und Abreisetermin wurden mit Selbstverständlichkeit erfüllt. Auch als wir eine Tür, die sich selbst verriegelt hatte, nicht mehr öffnen konnten, wurde umgehend Hilfe geschickt. Der Blick über das Meer ist herrlich. Der Rückweg vom Kalami Beach ist schweißtreibenden, sodass man sich einen Pool am Haus zur Abkühlung wünschen würde.

Wir hatten einen großartigen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war super sauber. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir, dass mitten in der Woche eine Zwischenreinigung stattfand und frische Bettwäsche sowie neue Handtücher gebracht wurden – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Der Check-in und Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert und stressfrei. Ein echtes Highlight war die Terrasse mit den schönen Sitzgelegenheiten und dem tollen Ausblick. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful peaceful place. Even if we catch 2 days of autumn rain we had a good rest, we felt safe and we enjoyed amazing views with the sunset, sunrise and thunderstorms above the sea and islands. Marina was very friendly, responsive and I admired her earth-friendly mentality. She did a nice job reviving the old villa. There's no wifi or tv available so it's the perfect stay to keep your eyes on the nature and recharge yourself. We are happy for this experience, nice to meet you Marina! :)

We had a lovely week at the Kalami Sunlight villa. It was easy to find arriving in the dark, with a responsive host that answered all our questions. The bedrooms were all a good size, very tasteful and clean, each with an en suite and balcony overlooking the beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped, making eating in for some meals easy. The pool was lovely, with great sun loungers and a separate seating area looking at the view. The only issue we had was the drive being so steep our little hire car couldn't handle it, so we parked a few meters down the road with no trouble! We checked with our host regarding disposing of our rubbish but they said to just leave it for them to collect, which made things very easy on checkout. Would definitely recommend to groups of friends, family or couples looking for a lovely spacious villa just outside a beautiful peaceful Corfu town.

My husband and I had the happiest and most wonderful stay in Joanne’s beautiful cottage and are only now planning how quickly we can get back to gorgeous Corfu so that we can rent it again! Everything was perfect in terms of the space, cleanliness, beauty, views and pure convenience for everything that we had planned to do. Joanne responded so quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She gave us endless recommendations for great restaurants, places to visits and boat companies. This cottage is a gem, you can sit out on the balcony with a lovely glass of wine and take in the stunning views. We were even welcomed with a delicious hamper of snacks and bottle of Prosecco. We had a late afternoon flight and so Joanne very kindly allowed us to shower in one of the spare cottages so that we felt fresh for the journey after our last few hours on Kalami beach. We can’t wait to return!!!

This is not just "close to the beach", it's right on it. Kalami Beach is an excellent location full of amenities and the apartment was very homely, good for those who don't like sterile hotel rooms. Our last day saw an extreme overnight storm cut the power to the beach and no pump for the running water but this is not a slight on the property itself, just a warning to make sure your devices are fully charged and you have plenty of water in the fridge.
