Welcome to the seaside town to live by the lake. Very quiet house, location in the city center. The apartment is on the top floor overlooking Myllymäe and Ruokolanjärvi. The apartment has a glazed balcony and private sauna. Parking space in the garage. The house has good sound insulation, the sound of traffic can't be heard inside. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. The sofa bed is 195cm long and 130cm wide. A cooling air source heat pump installed in the apartment.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible. It's not suitable for people with limited mobility, or just small children.
