Three bedroom, two bath home located on a quiet street close to grocery store, restaurants, and walking path. Futon/pull out sofas. Amenities: pickleball court/racquets/balls, croquet, ping-pong, good sand for swimming, darts, kayak, two stand up paddle boards, games/puzzles, trampoline in the water, internet, parking for four cars. Fully furnished kitchen. No washer/dryer. No television. NO central air conditioning. Two bedrooms have window AC units. MUST check regarding pets.

Cozy cottage

Cozy cottage that is nestled in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The four main restaurants on the lake are all within walking distance(5-10 minutes) from the cottage. A full playground is located across the street. Private pier access on Lake Wawasee is an easy three minute walk. The pier is large enough for 5-6 people to lay out on. The cottage has A/C units located upstairs and downstairs. The cottage sleeps six people via one queen bed, one pull out couch, and one futon.

Lake Wawasee is the largest natural lake in Indiana. It offers great skiing and fishing, 3 restaurants you can enjoy by boat and the best sunrise/sunset boat cruises you can imagine. The house is only 5 minutes from either Syracuse or North Webster to check out the local shopping boutiques and farmers markets.
