Holiday houses in Kalikavu

Wonderful place. I have stayed in many AirBnbs and I have to say this was one of the best ones. Location was perfect, away from city hustle but not too far also. Positioning of this house is just perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting in the garden to see sunrise right in front of us from behind the hills. House is big and was clean and best part is it is full of all amenities, kitchen was fully loaded with what you might need. Caretaker was there for anything and everything. Tea and snacks on demand anytime. We are not the people who generally go out for sight seeing etc and so this place was just perfect for us. Good view and fully relaxed vacation. One thing I would say is that the pictures uploaded on Airbnb dont do justice with the actual experience. Actually its much better (honestly I was skeptical before reaching there). Rates are slightly on the higher side, I would say. But we found it worth it. No regrets. Full 5 star.

It was exactly how it was described by host on the posting. Serene. Beautiful. Quite. The location was just what you need for a quite getaway. But the only issue was the driveway of 200 mts leading to the property. It is extremely steep and if it rains you will find it very difficult to drive even with most experience drivers. Apart from this bit, I do not there was any other issue with the place. The care taker was kind enough to accommodate our request for early check in. The breakfast was very simple yet scrumptious.

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

The property was extremely private very secure and we enjoyed having a good family time here. we also enjoy the fire place and also the seating area. Kumar the Watchmen was very helpful and also took care of all our needs regarding food even though there was a issue with a political leader coming into town and the city being in standstill with various check posts.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The property was exceptionally well-maintained with a sufficiently equipped kitchen. What truly made our experience special was the breathtaking view of a magnificent panorama of rolling hills from the front lawn – it was incredibly peaceful and picturesque. The caretaker, Mohan, was also fantastic, being very responsive and incredibly polite throughout our entire stay. A small thing to keep in mind while visiting: Area is not serviceable on food delivery apps so you'll have to cook or go to the nearby town (7-8 km) for food. Although, Mohan can arrange for groceries upon prior intimation. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The location is absolutely awesome, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is stunning - beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!

It was very pleasant stay , entire flat was clean and upto the mark with very proactive support staff , breakfast was not too varied but was excellent , overall very happy to stay at SAMARA

The property is located in such a peaceful place. If one wishes to get relaxed and stay close to nature, I would Recommend this place.. and it was Clean, Neat... On top of everything the Staff Mr.Deepak was too responsive.. on the whole it's Highly Recommend Place to stay..
