Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kalmthout

Bij binnenkomst voelt het als een thuis, het is een warm en heel sfeervol ingericht huis. De keuken is goed uitgerust en voorzien van allerlei benodigdheden. Mijn zoontje vond het 'nest' geweldig, het was een heerlijk plekje voor hem om in te slapen. We hebben mooie dagen gehad, de communicatie met Lieke verloopt heel fijn en ze heeft goede tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

The home was absolutely amazing, very quiet area and we were not disturbed by Pizza downstairs (it is closed on Monday-Tuesday) on other days it closes at 23 (it was ok for us) We are a light-sleepers, but here we felt like at home, very good beds and pillows. The house is spacious and the terrace is fabulous. The neighborhood is quiet during evenings.

Это прекрасный дом, который находится на берегу реки и окружён большим количеством зелени, в тихом месте. Всё написанное соответствует реальности. В доме есть в всё необходимое, соль , сахар, кофе , приправы и даже оливковое масло. Советую всем и обязательно вернусь сам.

Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Leuten und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war super ausgestattet für so viele Personen. Auf Rückfragen wurde immer direkt eingegangen und einem weitergeholfen. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

The cottage was perfect for our time in Belgium. It was perfectly positioned for our visits to Antwerp, Ghent and Mechelen. Our family of four had plenty of room and the split bathroom was very nice. There were stores near by for getting groceries. We mainly ate in the cities we were visiting for the day but we did see many little restaurants near the cottage that looked excellent. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The stairs are steep so they may be challenging for those with mobility issues but it was not an issue for us. The weather was amazing and it was lovely to open the windows and listen to the birds. Would recommend!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Corrie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Auch Kees haben wir bei der Abreise als sehr freundlich und sympathisch kennengelernt. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Woudrichem ist ein idealer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Besonders empfehlen können wir einen Besuch auf dem Hausboot „De Pannekoekenbakker“ – hier gibt es köstliche und kreative Pfannkuchenspezialitäten. Eine klare Empfehlung für eine entspannte Auszeit!

Recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Antwerp and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect – close to charming local shops, cozy bars, and easy public transport connections. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with spacious, comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. A great choice for anyone visiting the city!

Fabulous 4 night stay in the heart of historic district. We have been to Antwerp before and knew we wanted to be in the centre, although it can be loud and busy, it is most convenient for a home base while exploring with our adult daughter who traveled with us for her first visit to the city. Paid Parking is close and convenient, and although we had sizeable luggage we managed just fine. The tiny historic small spiral staircase section leading to the apartment is charming and relevant, and we were happy to navigate it! Once inside all is spacious and welcoming. The views are amazing, the furnishings and architecture are charming, and the outdoor space a lovely bonus. Yes its right in the midst of the action, but surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. A gem of a spot, and a joy to experience. We made great memories and look forward to a future return. Thanks for hosting us!

We hebben ons vermaakt in Antwerpen en heerlijk overnacht in de Airbnb van Barbara. Alles was op loopafstand en het inchecken ging gemakkelijk. Barbara reageerde snel, was vriendelijk en haar instructies waren duidelijk. Het appartement was ruim en heerlijk om naast de 2 slaapkamers ook 2 badkamers te hebben. We komen heel graag terug als we weer in Antwerpen willen overnachten. Aanrader!

Het appartement van Ann is een heerlijke en mooie oase. Het ligt op de eerste verdieping van een prachtig hoekhuis, met uitzicht op het Groen Kwartier. De woning is met zoveel zorg en smaak ingericht dat je in elk detail de liefdevolle keuzes van Ann ziet. Je voelt je welkom, en omringd door mooi en inspirerend design en materialen kom je helemaal tot rust. Met een paar stappen ben je weer midden in het levendige Antwerpen. Op 100 meter is het bruisende Pakt complex waar je heerlijk kan vertoeven. Wij hebben er subliem gegeten bij Camionette. Ik hoop snel weer bij Ann te mogen komen slapen!

Hayat reageert erg snel op berichten en is heel vriendelijk. Instructies vooraf waren helder. Het apartement is licht en ruim, zeker voor 3 personen. Je kan zien dat er veel moeite wordt gedaan om het schoon en opgeruimd te houden. Er zijn ruim voldoende zachte handdoeken, dekens en kussens aanwezig. Buiten was het dik 30 graden, in het apartement was het aangenaam. Buiten kun je ook nog prima zitten. Bushalte, metro en supermarkt op korte loopafstand. Perfect dus voor een weekend of midweek Antwerpen!

We hebben afgelopen nacht in deze fijne studio geslapen en het is ons erg goed bevallen. De locatie is perfect – rustig gelegen en vlak bij het bos, wat ideaal is voor een mooie wandeling. De studio zelf was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook heeft de studio een eigen privé ingang. De host was bovendien erg vriendelijk en reageerde supersnel op berichten. Zeker een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

Smještaj je bio divan, sve uredno i čisto. Vrt kao iz bajke ( naš sin je uživao u igri). Jasne upute za ulazak u smještaj, kuhinja super opremljena, posteljina besprijekorno čista. Sve preporuke za putovanje sa djecom.

Wir hatten ein ganz wunderbares Wochenende in Antwerpen! Die zentrale ist super um die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr sehr schön! Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse war bei diesem schönen Wetter perfekt! Nur wer es zum Schlafen ruhig möchte sollte sich eine Unterkunft suchen, die weniger zentral liegt 😉. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an unsere Host!

Heerlijk verblijf in Antwerpen-Zuid! De locatie is echt top, alles op wandelafstand en een superleuke buurt met gezellige cafeetjes, restaurants en winkeltjes. Matthias was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, reageerde snel en zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Alles was netjes en comfortabel. Zeker een plek waar ik graag nog eens terugkom!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Logement très joliment aménagé et décoré, cuisine avec tout le nécessaire et bien plus, petites attentions à l'arrivée, terrasse ensoleillée avec table, très bonne literie, smart tv, très grande discrétion des hôtes et d'une grande gentillesse. Une perle rare !

We had a very nice stay at the home - it was just like on the pictures, easy check-in, super clean and friendly / responsive host. Location was great (close to train station) and everything was walkable (parks, old city center, restaurants, shopping etc.). The home is very cozy with a nice terrace!

Mooie studio/appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf in Antwerpen. Mooie rustige locatie in een hippe buurt. Ook 's nachts voelt het er veilig aan. Ideaal voor 2, mss wat klein voor 4. Ik heb de fout gemaakt om de instructies niet te lezen of bekijken op voorhand. Het is op het eerste zicht wat onlogisch hoe je moet inchecken. Dat is omdat je ergens tijdelijk op straat moet parkeren (wat niet kan op het adres van de flat, maar wel op heel kleine wandelafstand), dan moet je te voet de sleutels en parking badge ophalen in het atrium van het gebouw en dan naar de parking gaan (binnenrijden in de parking van het ziekenhuis, voelt wat raar want est ver van appartement omdat je eens binnen helemaal tot het ei de moet rijden tot onder het flatgebouw). Het had ons wat stress bespaard als we dat hadden op voorhand gelezen. We hebben de info wel meer dan op tijd gekregen.

We had a great stay! The apartment was bright, clean, and well-designed—everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance to the city center. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Mark was easy throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Antwerp!

We had an incredible stay and Cristina’s place. The apartment is very bright, cozy, and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. It is located in a quiet area of the city center and within walking distance of the best restaurants, cafés, and shops - So you truly get the best of both worlds. Cristina was a great host - Very responsive and flexible with check-in times which made our time in Antwerp even better. We cannot recommend this amazing place enough, it truly felt like a hidden gem!!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Saskiai war toll und Saskia ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und Antwerpen sehr genossen:)
