Unique opportunity to stay directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on the newly built Aarhus Island. Wi-Fi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Quiet surroundings close to nature, we often see squirrels, hares and roe deer in the field. Beautiful sea views over the bay and fields as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
