The house is a two-story independent small building, two bedrooms (and rooms) on the first floor plus toilet and small kitchen (about 32 square meters); the second floor is a fully open large living room and bathroom (about 32 square meters). The whole building has one bathroom and one toilet. The house was built in 2001 and newly renovated in the second half of 2022. The facilities inside are almost brand new. Originally built for "vacation use", this house is perfect for a weekend or holiday getaway. The large living room on the second floor is also perfect for young people to gather. This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. A somewhat nostalgic house by the sea

We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot.
