The house is clean and comfortable, suitable for one to two people. The house location and staying instruction provided are very clear. The response from the owner is quick and always nice. The house is with balcony and elevator which is a bonus! The house is close to restaurants and family-mart. Overall, it is a very enjoyable stay!

What I like the most about the apartment is how close it is to the train station and bus stop while having a calm surrounding. It has full of amenities, has speed internet so I could work during weekdays and clear instruction on how to use the appliance. There were 3 of us and we had 3 cabin size luggages, 1 big luggage and 1 medium luggage and we had no issue arranging them in the apartment.

We loved our stay here! It was very cozy and comfortable. It was also close to Asakusa station which made it easy to reach other parts of Tokyo. It is about a 40 minute subway ride from the more modern side of Tokyo but we honestly enjoyed being able to come back to a quieter area after spending the day in busier areas of the city.

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Perfect location with short walking distance to train lines. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was right next to a quiet street with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again if I was in Tokyo

The apartment had a nice layout with two separate water closets and a nice separate shower stall. It was also nice to have a clothes dryer, drying rack, and patio. The apartment was located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and the train station.

Hibiki's place was really spacious, perfect for our family of 9. It is close to Yahiro train station, it has a 7 Eleven close by. Hibiki was a really nice host, really helpful.

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

The home was well prepared, clean, and easy to get to. Wanyi responded quickly to every communication we sent and was clear in her messages. We felt very welcome in the home and easily fit six people. What a great experience - thanks for hosting, Wanyi!

It was nice. The place has a parking lot so it will be a good option if you get a rental car. Without car, you might have some difficulties to go Tokyo area.

Everything accurate to its description. The area around it is beautiful and really fun to walk around at night.

The place is walkable to the train station and there is a shopping arcade with supermarkets and eating places nearby. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly!

This Airbnb is very clean and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and very short walk to the JR line. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Location is great just a few minutes walking to two train stations. We had lots of luggage and our host was so nice to let us drop off early and leave it late really saving us from the hassle of dragging things around the city. Space was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great time in Tokyo. If we’re ever back we’ll definitely look to book again.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

This was a perfect spot for us and our 3 teenagers. We could get to the train stations easily, shopping and food choices nearby were abundant, and the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. I especially appreciated how responsive the host was. We had some questions during our stay about the area and such, and they provided tips and help immediately. We also loved that they had water, juice, and coffee in the fridge for us when we arrived. After a long day of travel, the drinks were very much appreciated. If we were to stay in Shinjuku again, we would definitely stay here.
