The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication easy throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic stay at Marine Drive Kigo. The location overlooked Lake Victoria with peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of Kampala. The place matched the photos perfectly. Right next to the express highway made it easier to get around by car. Aquarius resort and Serena Kigo nearby for some relaxation. A nearby supermarket by mirembe villas. The caretaker Mr Andrew very very responsive at every point and cleaning staff were superb with fresh bedding every two days. We were very well looked after. Secure location , easy to find if you just notify people “Kigo gardens”. We were a party of 4, stayed for 10 nights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay is always so great at Majory's. The hosts and the caretaker Martha are incredibly supportive, it's really an amazing place to spend time in Kampala!

Kayaga was the perfect host. Responsive and friendly. Her rental is fully furnished with good internet connection, hot water for showering and a great environment. Quiet surroundings but very close to Mall and other attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in this area

We stayed at Diana's place for 4 nights with 5 of us in our group. The house is very private, with a nice big yard/car park and a secure gate off the main road, so it's much quieter than staying on the main road. Diana's staff, whom she has employed, were very friendly and helped us sort out washing laundry, and anything else we needed during our stay. The WIFI connection was high-speed, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms had good storage for our clothing and suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back the next time we pass through Kampala! Thanks, Diana, for hosting us.

I had a great stay at the “Urban Oasis” apartment in Bugolobi while on a business trip to Kampala. The location was excellent, and I was impressed by the walking/jogging opportunities within the Estate. The location was safe, and within easy reach of the Village Mall and several forex bureaus to exchange foreign currency. The apartment was also walking distance to Bandali rise, and if you are into nightlife, you will not be disappointed with the wide variety of very busy clubs at your disposal on this street!!. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and followed up to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kampala, whether for business or leisure!

I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, cozy bed, beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for working remotely, relaxing with proximity to cafes, public transport and the like. Communication at the start was very poor but after meeting Hamza at reception he was very understanding and accommodating as-well as friendly. Very nice place. It will be my go to when I travel back next year. Friendly housekeeping staff. Very Safe place with Security on deck especially if you have kids. They make sure the visitors are happy first. Overall good experience and enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend for anyone looking a place when travel to Uganda. Thank you again Hamza

James is always there when you need him. The cleanliness of his place is more than you can need someone comes and cleaned changes the sheets, you always have a clean bed almost every night. I cant thank him enough, place even that big but enough for a couple or a person who loves their privacy. It has a safe place to keep you car. Plus for its six you can host people there and have space for everyone. I never ran out of anything necessary for my stay.. so James thank you. Till next time.

Home from home, the place was nice, quiet, and private with security all the time. Stella is a good person to deal with and very helpful. quick at communication, and responding to concerns raised. The place is easy to locate, near to the main road for easy access to other areas and grocery stores. If you are looking for a homely space, this is the space for you.

At Elizabeth’s apartment you’re gonna find a home away from yours. Security first off is great; with a day watch person and a night security team. The perimeter wall surrounding the premises appears top notch too. I personally never once worried for my safety, unlike previous times I’ve lived elsewhere in Kampala. The road close by is being used as a detour by several suburb residents, so expect a little noise during rush hour times. Besides that little noise there is pure serenity in house and outside, in the gardens south of the premises. The staff is ever attentive, so helpful, always smiling regardless time of the day, and most importantly so respectful. Even on cleaning days they worked on our schedule and never intruded in our space. The a/c was a little hard to work initially, but Elizabeth gave us instructions and it was smooth sailing afterwards. Observe the solar energy guidelines provided in the apartment and use the power meaningfully. Overall, this is a place i came to love and call home. Everything is as advertised, except that neon shower: that’s way better in reality than in the pictures. I would definitely recommend and also stay here again when in Kampala. Thank you Elizabeth.

Mutara is by far the best host have ever had. She was super helpful with whatever I needed and professional. She was kind enough to give me lots of recommendations of different places I wanted to go to in the area. The place is even better in person than the pictures, me and my family enjoyed the stay. I felt really safe there and it was so peaceful waking up to the lake view and the sounds of palm trees as the wind was blowing them. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Mutara for one of the best stays have had. I will for sure be back in heartbeat. I highly recommend this place.

I had such an amazing stay at Isabella’s Airbnb in Kololo! The place is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless. Everything was perfectly clean, with fresh air throughout and such a pleasant, welcoming scent the moment you walk in. I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which made my stay even more comfortable. Isabella herself is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making sure everything was just right. If you love movies, you’ll enjoy the great TV setup she has, and every appliance in the apartment works perfectly no hassles at all. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, which I really value when I travel. Overall, a peaceful, comfortable, and refreshing experience. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again!

One of the better hosts I've ever had on Airbnb. Kenneth was extremely proactive and very helpful with all our needs. Apartment is large enough for our family and the children enjoyed the pool. Their is also a Sauna which was nice.
