I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt thanks to you and your incredible team for hosting us at your stunning lake view property. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of how beautifully and tastefully the property has been designed. Every detail, from the architecture to the décor, exuded elegance while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breathtaking views of the lake added such a serene and calming touch to our experience, making it a truly unforgettable getaway.

Me & my family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa nestled among the hills and tranquil waters of Mulshi Lake. The views were magical, the vibe peaceful, and the villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt like a private retreat. We loved the massive swimming pool and relaxing outdoor spaces — perfect for unwinding. Best part? They welcomed our furry friend too, and my dog had just as much fun as we did! Huge thanks to Abhishek and his amazing team for being so warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in nature.

The first thing you notice when you reach the property or on your way to the property is how close it is to the waterfront, and the fact that the boating and other activities are literally within 5 mins distance. But more importantly, the place is so beautiful, the deck at the entrance of the house was the place we spent so much time at, because of all the trees planted within the property which led to birds of all kinds coming to peck the flowers. The main house contains a double bed, spacious sitting and a large very airy space. The TV isn't much usable but then you didn't come here to watch the TV, now did you? There is another room across the property which also has a double bed, and basic amenities. There is a lawn in between both rooms and also a net to play badminton. All in all, just loved the location of the property and the house itself was so beautifully done, we stayed 2 days and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Planning another trip with friends soon

We had a great experience staying there. This is a place to relax, with beautiful peaceful surrounding, clean and aesthetic room and we surely enjoyed that The only problem was slow Wi-Fi, but everything else was great including the homely food. Definitely gonna go again soon!

We stayed onthe onset of monsoon but this place can become more mesmeric during mosoons and post that during winter . it's more convenient to reach from Pune, but not so difficult from Mumbai . Even in monsoon there are two ways of reaching it. They have two rooms for rentals . Jacandra a more modest option and bauhinia which is a first floor room with a lavish balcony /terrace that over looks reservoir Rooms and bathroom are tastefully done with love and attention to detail. laxman caretaker and his crew prepare only vegetarian meals in a dedicated kitchen The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. The estate has main road access at the same time private access to the thokarwadi reservoir through gushing water falls and stream . wifi works although patchy and only Jio network works 3 waterfalls across road provide good hiking and walk opps

Beautiful place 🏡 with clean interiors. Clean Air in the surrounding with awesome view of hills ⛰️ and Wind mills. The surrounding area of the farm has some amazing Pearl Millet 🌱 a.k.a Bajra plantation. Spotting a cluster of Fire flies ✨ and Planet Venus 🌌 in the sky full of stars made the experience very unique. Sneha and her Father ( Anil Uncle ) gave us an insightful farm 🌾 tour and explained Permaculture really well. The Farm has lots of unique flowers 🌺 and herbs along with fruit trees 🌳. Highlight of the trip was Trekking under the guidance of Anil Uncle to some amazing views of river 🏞️ along with plants and trees. Our stay experience was more joyful with the energetic and super friendly pets like Tyson 🐶, Cat 🐱 & few Chicken 🐔 🐓🐥. Homecooked 🍛 Food was really flavourful and served with lots of love.
