This 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from Viljandi Lake. The nearest store is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and the neighbours need to be considered as well. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

Cozy apartment in Pärnu city which was renovated in April 2021. Best location in Pärnu, car-free street. Central beach is 5 min away from apartment, you will get there by walking by Pärnu resort Main Street. Cafes, restaurants and spas are 1-4min away. Apartment has a terrace with main street view. You will have all necessary for comfortable short or long stay. Families with children will also find everything they need such as baby bed, feeding chair, stair safety barriers, toys etc.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
