An incredible Airbnb - highly recommended! We stayed here for a week while visiting Mérida, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is wonderfully walkable: close enough to the city center to enjoy everything, but just far enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. For our group, the layout was ideal. The three bedrooms are nicely spread out, giving everyone their own space while still offering great common areas to gather. The photos don’t do justice to just how spacious and sprawling the home really is. We made great use of the pool and kitchen throughout the week. The host was super responsive any time we had a question, and parking was never an issue, even on busy weekend nights. Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I needed this much space again.

Marita was an excellent host. Any issues we had she would resolve right away and provide helpful and clear explanations. The place was beatific and very clean . Would definitely stay at her place any time.

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures and description. The cleanliness of the place, as well as the directions were very accurate, and we were able to communicate easily with the hosts. A very nice place with nearby roads that allowed us to reach different places quickly.

The place is well located on a walking distance to Paseo Montejo. There is a lot to do in this specific spot. Our host has everything ready for a wonderful stay.

The place exactly as in the pictures. Everything is very nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with Francisco is always fast and attentive. In addition, I made a request before check-in, a detail that I wanted to have when I arrived and without any issue they fulfilled it, which I appreciate. Great host and great place. It is an excellent place to spend time with the family very well located and quite easily to get around in the most interesting areas of Yucatán As an observation in the pool it is a little sunny in this season of the year and despite being very hot in the water it was frozen

You can see in every corner inside and outside the love they have put into taking care of the place, which is transmitted to the warmth and tranquility with which we were the couple of days we stayed (and being pet friendly, it will become one of our favorites!) highly recommended!

Casa de Yess is a beautiful property with privacy, a great pool, plenty of light throughout, and a separate casita that is self contained. It's a personal oasis and perfect for relaxation. David and Daniela are exceptional, thoughtful, and responsive hosts. I will definitely book a return visit at this unique and exceptional property.

I stayed here for 6 months - the place is very comfortable and the location is convenient, safe, and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful, the internet is fast, and the hosts are very responsive. The water takes some time to heat up in the showers, but is otherwise comfortable in the Merida heat. Caro and Vic were wonderful hosts and I highly recommend staying at this location for short or long term stays.

Steps away from amazing cafes and restaurants, right in the heart of Centro but still so peaceful. The pool was refreshing and clean and we loved how large the outdoor space was. Excellent stay!!

We loved the place, super comfortable, the host was very friendly, the arrival was easy with the GPS, the rooms were clean, the towels, the kitchen, upon arrival, the cleaning was very good, the only BAD thing is the POOL WAS DIRTY, but other than that everything else was impeccable, I hope they pay more attention to the cleaning of the pool 🙌🏻

The place is very nice, my family liked it, each space is specially designed mixing the old with the modern. Very good reception and always clear instructions.

Adriana's house is the best. It's close to the airport. It's comfortable. It has space for a car. I highly recommend it. On my next visit I'll stay with her :)
