Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kandal Province

the only Negative was the price I paid, but that was due to the last minute decision of next day. But the host does offer a fair rate for advanced booking. Don't let the Location out you off either, yes is far, but in Phnom Penh you will find it hard to get peace and quiet and beautiful view at the same time. Personally, you shouldn't take my view or advice on this accommodation, you should just book it and see it for your self.

The host was very responsive to our requests and changes even it was last minute. The house is situated in a gated community with safe surroundings. It had all the amenities and filtered water for a comfortable stay. There was no toiletries, but we brought our own.

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

We had a fantastic time on Silk Island and thoroughly enjoyed our time at homestay. Do yourself a favour and skip the crowds in Phnom Penh and spend a couple of days on the island. You can rent bikes just across the street and make your way around. The ferry to and from the island goes every couple of minutes and it is super easy to go back to the mainland for a day at the museum etc. Black Bamboo Restaurant/ Brewery is in walking distance with the most lovely staff. And lastly our host Rany was terrific and absolutely lovely ❤️ I can not recommend this place high enough!

This was the perfect private escape. Loved being outdoors here! So beautifully designed and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay!

Sun was a very responsive host. The place is spacious and well maintained, with all the amenities expected. The building has two great pools and gyms everyone can use. 👍🏼

The place has a stunning view. It’s clean with complete amenities to enjoy your stay. Easy access to gym and pool. Market is right around the corner, you can buy your ingredients and cook if you’re lazy to go out. Lana is approachable and super nice! My friends who worked in Phnom Penh loved the place too and they plan to stay there too.

Great stay! Very responsive host and location was very convenient for us.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Juan’s place! He had lots of recommendations for great restaurants and things to do around the city. The condo itself was lovely and very clean. My husband did unfortunately end up getting sick while we were there and Juan was super helpful by giving us directions to a pharmacy and helping us extend our reservation so that he could get better before we continued traveling. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely book again when we next find ourselves in Phnom Penh!

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

The place is great and very well equipped. I had a long stay (close to two months) the kitchen had everything I needed, including cleaning supplies. The host is kind and quick to respond and everything I needed was sorted quickly. An additional thing I really liked is the little store inside the building, it has all the basics and sometimes even serve dinner. The gym and pool are great as well.

Beautiful view of the Mekong River. Clean place. So arranged cooking oil, sugar, salt and milk on my request. Thanks so much for that.

Great view from Jerome’s place. When the electrical had issues he was very responsive and proactive and got it fixed quickly. The place could have been cleaner but it was a good value. Thanks for hosting.

So’s place is a home away from home! The place is well decorated, well-stocked and clean. I also like the good water pressure and heater that helps to melt the tiredness away after a long day of travelling around Phnom Penh. So is also very responsive and thoughtful!
