House holiday rentals in Kane County

This is a great property for multiple families. We had great space to spread out. The hot tub & pool was great for after long days at the parks. Kanab is a great location for a home base when visiting the parks. Very cute town with quaint restaurants. The ROAM excursions are an absolute must! Guides are amazing & we really enjoyed our excursions! Fun for the whole family! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

It was a great stay at Robert's place. Beautiful Surrounding views, spacious, clean and tidy house, well organized kitchen and grill, big garage, easy to find, beautiful walkable surroundings. Worth a stay in Kanab to visit Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe, Antelope canyon and North RiM. All around 1-2 hr drives.

We've been lots of places and this is one of my favorites!!!! Kanab is incredible!!! Stay here if you want to have the best visit ever.

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was what we’d hoped for - beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location, both locally for amenities and for exploring further out, was ideal. Very highly recommended.

House was amazing! Perfect location for all the exploring we wanted to do, from North Rim Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Dark Skies area and UTV adventures. The house itself was beautiful and loved the ping pong table! It was a great place to relax and make meals and just feel like we were at home. If you are thinking about staying to be in the perfect in between all the things, this is the place. Andrew was super helpful and got back to me within a few hours if there were questions. Great overall experience!

After another booking fell through, Samantha was very quick to answer and get us into her place. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is in a great location, close to anything you may need. The house was clean, comfortable, and large enough for all 6 of us. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

Hiker’s Hideway was an excellent home and spot for our family vacation. There was ample space for our family of 6 to spread out and have their own space (grandparents, parents, kids 9 & 11). The outdoor area is very nice and the views are stunning. Grilling area and multiple seating areas to hang out outside and enjoy the scenery. Easy access to Bryce, Zion, and North Rim Grand Canyon. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Neighborhood is very nice and close to downtown. Neighborhood pool right around the corner to cool off. We had an amazing time and loved this space - thank you!

The location of this cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was a great base camp after a few days of camping. It rained every night at the cabin so we didn't get to try out the fire pit but the kitchen table was a great place for family cards every night! We enjoyed starting our day sitting on the pourch watching all the wild life while drinking our coffee! The cabin size was perfect for 2 couples and the beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! With that said, because the cabin is really in the middle of nowhere, due to the rain every night the dirt roads where a bit of a challenge even with an all wheel drive vehicle. The cabin also had a couple mice that would run about at night. We had to keep our food in our storage bin or in the fridge, no food could be left out. Over all, I would stay here again, the location and views are absolutely beautiful!

Michael is a great host. Very responsive. I asked if he has uno. If not, I can bring my own. Then when we got there, he had a brand new uno for us. The house is huge and has everything we need. And we love to sit outside to watch the star and enjoy the quiet night. The location is also very good. 18-25 minutes drive to most of activities and restaurants. And away from the crowds. Strongly recommend Michael’s property to everyone.

Laurie’s place was one of not the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. She has thought of everything from stocking a great kitchen to a lovely outdoor space. We wanted for nothing including having water and snacks upon arrival. She also made our anniversary and birthday celebrations special by providing prosecco and a cake. We will definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay for our family! We enjoyed the location for venturing to Zion National Park and around Kanab. The home was clean and well stocked. My kids loved the sport court (they even made a bracket for a family pickleball tournament!) and the hot tub. It was exactly what we needed to kick off our Utah national park road trip, and we would return!

Michelle is a good host. The home is perfect. It’s only 25 minute away from the leas crowded east entrance to the Zion park and only an hour away from Bryce park. She is very responsive and helpful. It is a must stay when you’re visiting these two parks. Very secluded and quiet and affordable

Our recent stay was absolutely perfect! The hosts were **incredible** – so welcoming, responsive, and genuinely made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly made our vacation special. The house itself was fantastic, providing everything a family or group of friends could need for a holiday getaway. But the real showstopper was the **awesome backyard!** It was a beautifully maintained space, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the warm weather, views. We spent so much time out there, and it really added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for an ideal vacation spot. You won't be disappointed!

The place is very comfortable, and the location is great for access to restaurants and as a base camp for the three National Parks in the vicinity. Host is very responsive.

What a great place to stay while accessing Bryce and North Rim. Comfy quiet and clean plus a responsive helpful host make this 5 stars. Loved the grilled cheese place in town too!

My family and I had the best time ! Laura and Keith were so nice and quick to respond and recommend hikes and stargazing locations! We loved that they literally had everything you need in a kitchen and home. Very clean, beautiful home and views !Well worth it! Highly recommend! 😊

Ashely’s place was so welcoming and we felt right at home! Beautifully decorated, Ashley and her family have created a space where families can relax and reconnect. My teens and college kids loved the spacious feel to the home, giving them each some privacy as well as places to connect, play and relax. We had lots of ping pong competitions, card games and sat around and laughed as we told stories about our previous days in the canyon. The house was very well stocked with anything you could need and there were precious little touches that show that Ashley went above and beyond to create a special and unique experience. I enjoyed taking the time to read the book she made on the history of the home, as well as things to do in the area. We enjoyed the coffee shop just steps away from the house as well as delicious restaurants and fun hikes close by. At the end of our stay, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We are already discussing our next trip to Zion and 44 West!

Wonderful spot! This was the perfect place to come “home” to after a day out exploring the nearby areas. It’s a centrally located, spacious, immaculate home with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and included some unexpected bonuses like an airfryer. And the comfortable beds (and great pillows!) made for a great sleep. We hope to get back to Kanab and stay here again!

The Mighty Five is a beautiful home in a breathtaking location. We were extremely comfortable for our week in Kanab. We would definitely recommend booking this home and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

The property looks just like the pictures, inside & out! It’s gorgeous with beautiful views of red rock buttes and hiking trails on the property. The hosts are welcoming and responsive and we enjoyed talking with them. The cottage is quiet (you can see the highway, but the house is oriented away from it). The kitchen is well appointed – we cooked every night – and there are several outdoor eating options. In the bedrooms, there are suitcase racks and small drawers, but no closets or hooks. The horses are beautiful (you’re near the barn) and it’s a great base for exploring the area. We’d love to come back!

The Gathering Place was perfect! From the labels to the double washer/dryers, to the outside spaces this place is perfect! We enjoyed relaxing after long days of hikes in the comfortable beds and living spaces. We had picnic style dinners outside and just overall loved our stay! I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with multiple families. There is plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. Great location with beautiful views. The only caution is the water temps when multiple people are using the water! We experienced both extremes suddenly. Not a problem, just something to be aware of when showering. Also, the basement was a lot cooler than the upper floors. Again, not a problem, just something to be aware of if you like to sleep at a certain temperature. We day tripped all over Southern Utah/Northern Arizona and enjoyed the whole trip! We can’t wait to visit Kanab again one day!

Everything was great! There's so much attention to details. We travelled as a family and were able to reserve both of Monte's cabins (they are side by side). It was awesome!
