The building features a beautiful front yard where you can relax and spend some time away from the lively streets. All the popular sights, museums, shops, restaurants and bars are a couple minutes walk. You can also get a bus or a trolleybus at a dedicated stop right next to the building. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket around the corner.

A stunning and unique view of Riga center , located in the very center. 2 mn walk from the museums, 5/10mn from the old city and 3 mn from Art Nouveau area. Plenty of shops, fancy restaurants , supermarkets near by. Kitchen has every equipment. Washing machine, iron, baby equipment. No lift and we are 5th floor!! but steps are wide and easy. No party or bachelor party
