Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Kansas City Metropolitan Area

The best place to stay in downtown for the price , right in the middle of the best places walking distance that KC has to offer . The home is very comfortable , squeaky clean , amazing views with amazing things to do both inside and outside . The hosts also reply very fast which makes them very reliable ! Well definitely stay here again .

The photos show the unit exact as it is. Very clean, comfortable, and well designed. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and a couple of dinners. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Cecille was always responsive when questions arose. She had good recommendations for dinners. The surrounding area and neighborhood was lovely with many conveniences such as gas stations and the Hen House Market for groceries and good prepared foods available. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.

Quaint and charming building in ideal location. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee as well as a quick walk to Music Hall, Bartle Hall, etc. There is no central air, but a window unit and on an 80 degree day, it kept up just fine. Water in the shower took a few minutes to get hot, but was plentiful after. Ashley was very responsive with communication and we would definitely stay again.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

Responsive host. Clean place. Good location for hospital work. Footsteps upstairs are loud but it wasn’t a problem for me and is in the listing. Pet friendly.

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Gloria’s place was amazing!! Clean, close to a lot of restaurants/bars, there is even a little doggie park on the 2nd floor which was so helpful if you’re traveling with your furry friend. Our trip was very short, so we didn’t get to use the pool, which was a bummer. Hopefully next time! Would stay here again :)

Space was excellent. Exactly as pictured. Location to get to baseball football and soccer stadiums was perfect. Free trolley steps from unit dropped you off at stadiums. No traffic or parking lots to deal with. Worth every penny to avoid the usual hassles of going to a game. Thank you I would not hesitate to stay here again if in town.

We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! It was beautiful, peaceful and Baxter was quick to respond!

The home was beautiful and spacious! Not only was it clean, but very well decorated. Our favorite thing to do was to walk to the coffee shop (Chingu coffee) nearby every morning. Only .2 miles away, a great AM walk! And we really appreciate how kid-friendly this home was, with toys and a stroller wagon. We had two littles, and they loved it. It also was really nice having parking in the back since the street is tight. A wonderful place to stay, and we’re passing it onto our friends!

We arrived a bit ahead of our plans & Janie was very accommodating to send us the codes to get in. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out the lower bedroom was actually like a separate living quarters, complete with a small kitchen! Our family was having a reunion weekend with meals at our niece's home across the lake, so this allowed us to shorten our prep time by half. And although the meals & evening activities took place across the lake, we chose to use the dock & cove on our side for all the swimming, boating & fishing that kept all the family entertained with their individual activities. All in all we hope to make this a yearly tradition, and hopefully can come back again. Thanks so much Janie!

Beautiful home in super nice neighborhood. We loved having so much room. Plenty of space for kids to play and relax. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cute place. Clean and as described. Fenced yard was safe for the dog. First place we've been at that provided poop bags so that was nice. Even though we didn't cook much loved the induction stovetop. Personally, not a fan of foam mattresses so had trouble sleeping and there's a large tree grown over the main bedroom that dropped acorns on the roof that sounded quite spooky! Took a while to figure out what that noise was but otherwise was a quiet area at night. Garage was empty so could have parked inside but driveway parking was fine.

This is one of the best hosts I've worked with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was lovely and quite clean and fresh with a truly beautiful view. There is carpeting in the bathroom and kitchen, which I think is a choice that can make for some cleaning challenges, but everything looked great to me. I'd love to go back in the colder months to make use of the lovely wood stove.

When we couldn't get into the house we had reserved, our hosts problem solved quickly and provided us an alternative property. The new property was suitable and conveniently located. There were a few spiders and small ants around the house, but I am not sure that a guest had been in it for a while. We had to purchase a few kitchen items for food storage. I would suggest making sure kleenex and kitchen storage is available. overall very happy with our stay and the courtesy of the hosts.
