28 Villa is a private villa for six people (3 beds). The loft interior space is an open space design with no partition walls except for the "toilet" and "bathroom". If you are not traveling as a family, you will not be able to share the bedding, and it is not recommended for more than six people to stay. Maximum 8 people (two extra people required, 13 years and over are considered adults), only suitable for families who can share 3 beds, more than 8 people cannot be accommodated. 我們有兩間風格類似的套房出租，這是第二套，如果你需要兩間，或需要的日期已無法下訂，可詢問另一間是否有空。 周邊機能方便。包括夜市，三多商圈捷運站，三間百貨公司，UBike，加水站，7-11，24小時生活百貨，屈臣氏，咖啡廳，餐廳等等。 套房所在大樓與房內配置與第一套一樣，煮水壺，過濾水，洗手台，杯子，浴巾，毛巾，吹風機，洗髮精，沐浴乳，洗手乳，wifi，電視(MOD)，洗衣機等等。沒有烹飪設備，沒有微波爐，沒有牙刷牙膏。樓下就是夜市，外食非常方便。 房間乾淨，但處於舊大樓，加上樓下是夜市，請隨手關門，以免蚊子蟑螂跑進屋內。 房內有沙發床，如果三人入住，需在訂房時選擇三人，我們才可依照人數準備沙發床，床組，毛巾等。如有攜帶寵物，訂房時記得填選。 入住時間下午 2:00，退房時間早上11:00。如需寄放行李，請提前詢問，我們盡量做安排。如延遲超過 30分鐘，需多算一天價錢，所以請遵守退房時間。
