The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The unit is very comfortable and well-kept — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best things is its location — just a short walk to Mall of Asia, which made everything so convenient, from shopping and dining to getting around. Ryan was also responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near MOA!

Abby’s place exceeded my expectations. As soon as i opened the door, i was already amazed. the unit smells good, is very clean, organized and welcoming. They have thought out everything from bottled water, coffee station, first aid kits, even weighing scale for your luggage. They even have a basket for stuffs that you might need but forgot to bring. The fact that Abbys place is close to establishments is just a cherry on the icing. The unit is very comfy and relaxing, with big smart TV and great sounds, i didn’t mind staying in the unit and just chill. My fave home away from home. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ms. Abby for accommodating me.

The unit, or the Penthouse Crib, was clean and tidy; all the amenities listed are on the property. A well-maintained place, we had a comfortable weekend stay. Our host, Hannah, was very responsive and provided announcements (like the planned maintenance and the weekend market) for our information which proved to be helpful and interesting (in that order). Overall, no complaints and we would like to return for another stay!

From the beginning I had a 10/10 experience with Janille and the condo. The space was clean and better than described in the listing. She even stepped out of her way to deliver extra shower towels and bed sheets. She even allowed a free late extension, which should have been an extra fee charge. I would highly recommend everyone to try Janilles condo if you are in the area. 5/5 stars!

Rina's place is a gem! Definitely one of the finer places in metro manila for its price range. The place is complete and includes all your needs. The balcony feels peaceful as well even if it's facing the pool area.
