Awesome experience! Nurila's house is located in the middle of Karkaraly right next to the city park. Everything is within walking distance. A bunch of local restaurants nearby as well as the town museum. There's a huge hill near the forest and you can rent ski gear from the local shop there. The people are super friendly and kind. Highly recommended especially if your traveling groups and want to explore Karkaraly. Nurila has more than 20 beds in her house!

Ideal location to all major business centers, local attractions, recreation and sports areas housing (all within walking distance). Apartment in the new residential complex Tandou with a well-designed courtyard, three 24 mini-market, four medical clinics, four cafes, an exchange and ATM Kaspi on the ground floor of the housing complex. At 5 minutes walk from the house hypermarket «Anvar» (analog Kaufland). On Turan Avenue opposite the apartment complex are two good restaurants with local and Japanese cuisine. The apartment is suitable for a family of two people or a family with children. Near the residential complex, there is the largest fitness center, botanical garden with treadmills and cycle tracks, and two sports arenas that cater to sports enthusiasts. The hostess was fantastic, friendly, and responsive.

Nice apartment. Large, comfortable for rest and work. Beautiful view from the window, located in the very center. The residential complex has everything you need, we especially recommend the Saksaul restaurant. Housekeeping once a week The host is friendly and ready to help with all questions. The Internet, unfortunately, is not very good, but the owner tried to fix it.

The apartment is light, cozy and comfortable for two. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-cooking. Comfortable sleeping place. There are many grocery stores and cafes within the walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and always available :)

A cozy ,warm apartment in the center of the city. Nearby there is everything you need ,grocery stores,a pharmacy, a bus stop. An attentive responsive hostess.

We flew with a friend in May 2025 to see Astana and attend an esports tournament. Great living conditions, was very comfortable. In the heat, the air conditioner saved me, and in the cold it was warm in the apartment.

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time!
