Hotel holiday rentals in Karangasem Regency

We spent three nights at the hotel in September, and overall, it was a memorable stay. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the hospitality of the staff was top-notch—they were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic as well, with several great restaurants and Candidasa’s center just a short walk away. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though we did notice some mould in certain areas, which could definitely benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Aside from that, we enjoyed the relaxed ambiance and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet retreat by the ocean.

Loved staying here. Please note we actually stayed here total of 4 nights it was our last night that was booked thru AirBnb. My wife is a book worm and also a writer so the facility was great for her with exception of Wifi. It’s nearly non existent as it just drops in and out. When we come next year I will bring out Starlink Mini as we need to be connected for work. Our expectations were exceeded on but a few. The food the glorious food was outstanding. The Spa is a must! After staying in busy ubud for last 3 weeks I got say this was the best massage I have ever had. Staff were all of a 99% yes can do attitude Dive Shop- while I only did 1 night dive with the facility as I had a local friend take me diving every day it would’ve been nice to be able to utilise the facilities to clean my equipment I was happy to pay but that is where the can do attitude stops unfortunately. Recommendations 1. Small/light gym - TRX system yoga mat small weights 2. Resort invest in Starlink

This listing is exactly as described and photographed. We loved the morning breakfast 💖 You’re really paying for location with this one, since we stayed during the rainy season it was almost like having our own private island. The beach is amazing you can just walk right out of the hotel and see the most beautiful coral gardens and marine life! It was truly magnificent. I recommend talking to the locals before getting in the water so that you’re well aware of where the coral is and you don’t hurt yourself or the coral that takes thousands of years to form. I found an amazing snort guide right at the edge of the hotel property and the beach. Also about midway down the beach they rent sun chairs and umbrellas and there is an AMAZINGLY delicious Warung that’s based further in town but delivers directly to this Beach spot called Warung Johnny. Truly a remarkable stay. This is not 5 star accommodation so don’t be expecting that but for the location, the service and room were perfect.

Spacious bungalow n 2, well appointed and very well isolated from outside noise. Beautiful and large semi outdoor bathroom with flowers. Family friendly welcome. 50 m from the sea and good and cheap restaurants. We feel so good with the garden that we stayed there for a week.

Beautiful bungalows directly on the beach with their own pool, what more could you want. We were completely satisfied and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. We would come back any time.

Our stay at Kubu Kangin was absolutely wonderful, and we immediately felt at home. Spending three weeks there with our one-year-old son was a delight, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Beyond the lush tropical garden and refreshing pool, it was the exceptional staff who truly made our stay memorable. Our little one had a blast exploring the resort, and we felt incredibly safe throughout our time there. We miss the warm smiles from the staff, the refreshing fruit juices, and even the friendly gecko in our bungalow who serenaded us at night. We wholeheartedly recommend Kubu Kangin, especially for families traveling with toddlers. It's a haven where everyone, big and small, can create unforgettable memories.

Location a little away from Amed, therefore quiet and not so many tourists. Cottage stylishly furnished. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was very tasty. Were able to go snorkeling right at the beach. Yoga lessons in the morning were great.

Mosquito net was a huge plus! 🚿 Bathroom: Nice shower and also has a bath which is great to relax. Hot water ran out but just enough to take a bath. 🍳 Kitchen: Decent kitchen with plenty of utensils. Possibly even suitable for a long term stay, although we only stayed for a night. 👨‍🍳 Amenities: Hotel has plenty of amenities. You can also rent snorkelling equipment and get a massage! 📶 Wi-Fi: Stable wifi. Didn't do any heavy lifting but perfectly good for basic use. 🔇 Noise Level: Very quiet. 📩 Host Communication: Helpful and responsive. 😊 Host Friendliness: Friendly and respectful. 🔒 Security: The apartment is secure, has a door which locks. Cleaners had access but seemed honest and trustworthy. ✨ Overall: Great, would stay again!

This place was truly amazing! It was absolutely paradise, i have not been to a more enjoyable place to stay. The check in was easy and very pleasant; greeting us with fresh juice. The beach and pool was incredible. The service staff went above and beyond. Massage was great as well! Food was good. I have zero complaints except for having to leave at the end of our stay :). I could have gladly stayed there many many more nights. 5 out of 5 for everything.

The views are amazing and all rooms are well-designed to allow guests to enjoy the views from the balconies without disturbing each other. Common places also clean and cozy. The buildings/interiors are well-maintained, good water pressure and hot water in bathroom. Unlimited drinking water and a kettle in the room. Probably it depends on the season, but take into account it's rather windy there and ocean waves sound will always be present, house soundproofing won't help. Breakfasts are a bit limited.

My stay at Santorini Villa was so beautiful I extended my booking twice. The location was serene, you can snorkel right from the front door of the villa - The coral and marine life is healthy and thriving. If you prefer staying somewhere more quiet and peaceful this location is great for that with amazing views no matter where you are. The villa is very clean and spacious with different areas you relax both inside and outside. It was so lovely waking up to the sea and watching the boats sailing past or relaxing before sleep to nothing but a starry sky and the sound of the waves. And to top it off the whole Santorini team took very good care of me throughout my stay making me feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Whether it was from giving me a lift on the scooter to Amed Centre, recommending snorkeling/diving locations or places to eat, resolving any questions I had and the most special was relaxing by the sea hearing stories of their lives in Amed. Very nice stay, Suksma!

It was really nice, the staff are lovely. Really clean ! Excellent exterior maintenance !! Near to great restaurants, market, coffee. The Shinta’s Restaurant was amazing, the spring rolls are so good Thank you 🙏🏼

I would definitely recommend this place, everything was fantastic. Sweet people everywhere. And great if you won’t to dive, or take your dive certification.

I can 100% enjoy my vacation so I want to visit again. The beautiful scenery, warm pool, and amenities in the shower were personally impressed.

Friendly staff and lovely place

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. It was a beautiful cottage tucked away in the valley between two massive mountains. It was really peaceful and the grounds were well kept. There are only two cottages so it felt really private. It’s a bit rustic but that’s part of the charm. About 4 minutes to the main road on a scooter with many restaurants close by after that. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice and upgraded. The only down side was that there was only around 7 minutes of hot water so it was a bit difficult for us both to take a shower back to back. Other than that I highly recommend!

It's been a wonderful experience! The place is brand new, it is a villa that has a bedroom (from which you can hear the relaxing sound of the river) and a huge bathroom that connects with a private kitchen and garden. It also has a shared pool overlooking the river. They provide breakfast and are super flexible with check-in and check-out. It was great and we are super happy with the experience, so I highly recommend it 😃
