Located on a stone wall where two rivers meet, this renovated traditional house surrounded by trees is a single unit inn. There are no other buildings within sight, so you can enjoy the sound of the river, the sound of birds, and the sense of unity with nature, and the water supply is spring water (water quality inspection has been completed). Depending on the season, there are people who come and go from the river next to the house, playing in the river and aiming to reach Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can play in the river, BBQ with the ingredients you bring, You can also enjoy a fire. (Please be careful when handling fire.) When it rains, you can enjoy the ingredients you brought over the charcoal fire in the Irori fireplace in the room, or cook while listening to the sound of the river, as we also provide cooking utensils, a range, and dishes. KIGI MOKU MOKU is a host-style home located in Kosasamachi, Sasebo City, about 20 minutes by car north of downtown Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture, facing the abundant sea at the westernmost tip of Japan. Having lived here for 50 years, the trees in the yard have grown large and envelop the house that was rebuilt 20 years ago. When the morning sun rises, the birds begin to chirp, the crickets begin to sing, and shadows are cast on the wet edges. When the sun sets, the sky is full of stars, and on moonlit nights, you can see the shadow of the Buddhist priest. You'll be able to slowly feel the time change throughout the day.
