Our house with a separate entrance and double balconies on the 1st floor is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk=) Being close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature are the elements that make our house special.

Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Tak Tak Nine Mansion - Guest House

'Tak Tak Nine Konağı' is based on the story of the grandmother from 150 years ago. This small stone house has been restored with respect to the environment, using completely natural materials, while remaining true to the old structure. It has antique furniture made of handmade ceramics and wood removed from old Black Sea houses. The bougainvillea porch that receives the evening sun provides enough shade and breeze to enjoy breakfast in the morning. A peaceful place with the sounds of bells and the smells of fresh bread made by the villagers.

I believe that those who are looking for the comfort of a big city, resort or hotel will not be happy, but those who want to relax and calm down will be very happy. Those who are afraid of spiders, ants, etc. should not come, because we have occupied their places. Note: Unfortunately, due to the conditions in our country, we now charge a fee for wood during the winter season.
