Great accommodation for longer visits. Perfectly equipped kitchen. 50” flat screen TV. A 180cm wide bed in the bedroom. Two extra mattresses (90 +90cm) are available on the floor. Sheets and towels are included in the equipment of the apartment, as well as a washer. The home has a code lock. There is no elevator in the housing association.

The log house has fresh air, you'll get a good night's sleep. A respite from the midst of a rush, a bunch of people. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää., Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house is from 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and cottage in the semi-detached area. A personal log house is like a Pippi Longsuck's story, everything isn't in the finish line yet - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. If you need to host birthdays, please ask more:)

From the terrace you can admire the lake scenery or the life of the forest. The sauna is right by the beach, by boat or sub-board, you can go rowing or fishing. You can always swim in the winter. My place used to be an attic of a cow house, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Antti was a wonderful host! Friendly and very helpful with local recommendations! The area is beautiful, peaceful. The bed was comfy and we felt right at home. The sauna was amazing! It was so great to be so close to nature. Well worth a visit ! Hidden gem!

Our stay was an amazing getaway! The cabin was so peaceful, surrounded by trees and birds. We managed to cook all our meals in the cabin, and Rasmus was responsive and helpful. Although there is no running water, there was enough water available for our needs. We even borrowed bikes to cycle to a nearby hiking nature area, which was the cherry on top. A great stay near the city!

This was already the fourth time in the same place, and certainly not the last: the child's absolute favorite place, as well as mine. 😊 This accommodation is so unique and functional that I can warmly recommend it to both families with children and adults. Perhaps the best thing of all is that you can spend the whole day with the animals (chickens and sheep), feeding and stroking them. The animals are really well taken care of - it makes you feel really good!
