Ljus naturnära vid skog & metro!

Mycket bra läge med Nackareservatet precis runt knuten, 3 min promenad till Kärrtorp centrum, tunnelbana och en minut till Kärrtorps Idrottsplats. Trevlig 3:a högst upp i huset. Vakna till fågelkvitter från skogen och njut av kvällssolen på den stora balkongen i sydväst! Kök med nya vitvaror och plats för 4-6 personer Två jämnstora sovrum; ett med våningssäng och det andra har lyxig och skön dubbelsäng (180 cm). Promenadavstånd 15 minuter till badsjön Söderbysjön, golfbana och Hellasgården.

Liten, charmig och funktionell.

Hej och välkommen till vackra Nacka! Du kommer att bo i ett mysigt minihus i ett idylliskt äldre villaområde. Det ligger naturskönt med närhet till både staden, sjön och landet. Sickla köpkvarter finns på 10 minuters promenadavstånd. Där finns shopping, restauranger, caféer, bio och aktiviteter. Nacka Forum 1,8 km ifrån. Med bil är lätt att ta sig till Älvsjömässan. Bussen till Stockholms city tar ca 15 min. och går dygnet runt. En bra blandning av ett lugnt boende med närhet till förströelser.

A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 5 bedrooms and a new private spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna and luxury shower. The charming house from 1920:s has open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball, fussball, table tennis, bikes etc The streets are lush, child friendly, beautiful and calm. The garden is amazing with sun set patio, out door dining table and grill, overlooking the fruit trees and flowers. 5 min walk to subway, 10 min to Stockholm centre.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina war klasse. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine Bahnstation ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und fährt einen fix in die Innenstadt. Ein Supermarkt sowie Wald + See sind ebenfalls nahe gelegen. Cristina ist freundlich.

Kände mig så välkommen och allt vet helt underbart! Så kommunikativa och svarade alltid snabbt! Helt fläckfritt boende! Och så nära Globen arena där VM i hockey utspelade sig! Promenad avstånd och nära till tunnelbana. Kommer absolut besöka dom igen! Rekommenderas starkt!❤️

The place is located in Älta and it was just perfect. Few minutes to the nature and lakes. Small supermarket close by and Lidl and Willys few km away. Very friendly host and I could have my own privacy 🙏 Highly recommended 😊
