Снаружи здание напоминает о постсоветском времени вместе с лестничной клеткой, но тем кто помнит и не страшится истории - это место оставит очень позитивное и неизгладимое впечатление. Местоположение всего в 2 мин от концертного зала Gors, что дает дополнительное удобство тем, кто приехал в наш город на концерт. Все сделано с любовью и комфортом

Viss nepieciešamais pāris minūšu gājienā – Ausmeņa Kebabs, Iggi Bārs un Karbonādes, Heaburger, veikali, aptieka un sabiedriskais transports. Koncertzāle GORS - 10 min gājiena attālumā. Dzīvoklis ideāli piemērots 2 cilvēkiem, bet tajā ir arī ērts dīvāns, uz kura vajadzības gadījumā var nakšņot trešais cilvēks. Atrodas 5. stāvā - jārēķinās, ka būs jākāpj pa kāpnēm.
