Great place away from town. It's quiet and peaceful all around. You can relax and unwind. All necessary appliances and supplies are provided in the home. It was neat and clean. The terrace is equipped with furniture, pillows, etc. There is a barbecue area, a banya, a trampoline, and a pool. The only drawback is that there are practically no coverage on the property, and the wifi internet is of poor quality. We are happy with your stay. Recommended.

It was a getaway like a grandfather in the countryside: an atmospheric house with a large backyard, where you can grill and sunbathe on sun loungers while singing birds. So, it has a rural feel and may not meet the expectations of people looking for modern amenities and a standard of cleanliness. You can see that the host takes care of things, without the help of a cleaning service. Mirosław is very open and helpful. When we left, we felt like we were leaving the house of a distant relative. We wish Mirosław guests who will appreciate such an atmosphere — simple, rural and very personal.

The house is beautifully located in the middle of the forest. All facilities were excellent. The contact with Anna before we came was already very good. Every question we had was answered quickly. Arriving on location, she indicated that the house next door had a warmer pool and that we were allowed to change. Very nice for our son who has gratefully used the pool. We can definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful location, lovely woodland walks and a beautiful lake within a 3min walk to swim in, a very relaxing and quite stay, we were warmly welcomed on arrival and everything explained clearly to us, the house is beautiful and monderly equipped, I would definitely recommend Joanna's property

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic place! The furnishings are of the highest quality, everything is furnished with great attention to detail - stylish, modern and yet cozy. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptional cleanliness - everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect for relaxing and simply awesome! You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. We felt comfortable from the first moment and can recommend this place without reservation. Thank you for this great stay – we will be happy to come back!

Nice cottage clean, mega weuld place. Unfortunately, the arrival transfer was difficult with the host, but the contact was great on the spot.

We spent 3 days in this cottage with a team of 6 guys, organizing a bachelor party – and I must admit that the place exceeded our expectations! The cottage was well prepared for our arrival: clean, well equipped and very spacious. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and the shared space was perfect for spending time together and having fun. The location was quiet and charming, which allowed us to really relax and cut off from everyday life. In addition, a grill, a jacuzzi, and in the evening, atmospheric lighting outside – the perfect climate. The owner was very helpful and contactable, and the entire booking and check-in process went smoothly and without any problems. I definitely recommend this cottage to any group looking for a comfortable place for a joint trip – regardless of whether it is a bachelor party or just a family weekend.

The four of us enjoyed our vacation. The house is great and quiet location. You have everything you need and space in the garden for the children to play. In the evening on the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. Marta is a very nice and always available landlady who cares about the well-being of her guests. We would like to recommend the house and would book it again in the future.

A great place to get away from the world. Three bedrooms provide a little privacy, and a large common area has allowed us to feel at ease with 6 people and 4 dogs. The heated stove was an extra addition offered by the hosts. A great option for walking around the beautiful neighborhood and lakes. A place we'll probably go back to 🙂

Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood, Running deer, flock of sheep, and a clean lake nearby. You can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a really nice time staying at the place. Everything was as described, the area quiet and the lake perfect for bathing. We felt very comfortable, also the contact with Martin was great.
