Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

Relax by the beautiful Kemijoki River in a log cabin built in 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a grill shed, as well as a terrace. Another sauna, which can be rented separately during the summer, is right on the beach. There is a hot tub and a gazebo with an 8-burner grill next to the sauna. A rowboat is available for residents. Linens and towels are included in the price. The taps have spring water. In the silence of the countryside, the soul rests!

The property has a sheltered and large yard that can accommodate even larger cars. There's a barbecue cabin in the yard. In winter, you can even see the northern lights. The center of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus' Pajakylä 127 km. I live with my family in the same yard.
