A very special stay in a peaceful farm with a wonderful, local host family. We loved the intentionality of the spaces, the communication w the host (local family can use Google translate), and how well they accommodated our food allergies and requests. For those w different abilities - Lots of stairs and very bumpy road coming in! Not a place to do remote work w limited service/wifi but a great place for retreating! We would definitely come back and recommend for those looking for a peaceful stay.

The BEST Airbnb I’ve ever booked in Nepal! The space is stunning—loft-style, modern, peaceful, and filled with natural light. The big balcony was my favorite spot to relax. It’s located in a quiet area but super convenient—there’s a laundry and mini grocery right next door, with fruit stalls and several mini marts nearby. Great cafés and restaurants are just a 5–10 min walk, and the iconic Boudhanath Stupa is only 10–15 mins away. Jas, the host, was incredible—so warm, kind, and helpful. He made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Rahul went put of his way to offer/give us complimentary services, which we appreciated a lot. Daily recommendations of places to visit and food to eat in the city saved us a lot of time. This is one of the best Airbnbs I booked in Nepal. I even wish I could give more than 5 stars :) Jung and his family are very accommodating hosts, who genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. I was offered an earlier check-in as the room was free. I was proactively provided delicious simple breakfast every day, did the laundry for me. All these are extras why I wanna rate the listing more than 5 stars :) The room was spacious, clean, very cozy, very comfortable bed. The balcony was nice in a small compound so I never felt the noise of Patan. Meanwhile it is in very close proximity to the Patan Durbar Square. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around. I highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again while in Patan. Thank you Jung and the family 🙏
