Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kashar

Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Just AWESOME! The Appartement is nice, clean, perfectly located and perfect for 5 Persons. It’s just cozy and makes you feel home from the moment you enter whether it’s the wide open living room and kitchen or the sunny balcony or the warm fireplace. The contact to Laert is just too convenient. He was always available and takes good care of you. We got the best recommendations for restaurants and Must sees in Albania. The apartment is located in an be of the nicest areas of Tirana. We loved it and we will definitely come back!

Llazar is as cool as his appartment, we were 4 guys, we had a lot of place, we slept very well. The shower is very nice. I can only advise you to choose this flat !

Wow, what can I say, with accommodation to such a standard I would usually be speechless, but alas, let me think and divulge. Let’s start with the hosts. Always went the extra mile, very hands on sharing local spots, brimming full of advice. Local butchers, with meat from the village. Delicious, finely charred on the BBQ provided in the residence. A plethora of entertainment. Backgammon boards, darts and a fridge full of beers. A wonderful space, perfect for a big group. Have stayed in many an Airbnb, but this by far was one that ticked all the boxes. But most importantly, the host was exceptional, fantastic and tremendous. Thank you so much, you may forget us staying but we’ll never forget you.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a really nice scent throughout—which made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The pool was a highlight for my family and me; we absolutely loved it and spent a lot of time enjoying it together. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. At one point, we accidentally locked ourselves out and left the key in the door, but they responded quickly, fixed the situation without any stress, and even gave us a new key. We also asked for a late check-out and they accommodated us without any hesitation—such a relief when traveling with family! Everything about our stay was perfect. We felt truly cared for and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone, and we’d love to come back in the future!

Our stay at this place in Albania was just amazing. Already upon arrival at the airport, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord. This personal pick-up service was not only incredibly convenient, but also a first taste of the exceptional hospitality that accompanied us throughout the stay. The landlord was very friendly, attentive and proactive. He brought us fresh bread and a bottle of local own wine, a wonderful gesture that made our first night special. The place itself was beautifully situated with a stunning view that we enjoyed every morning and evening. Whether at breakfast or relaxing in the evening, the view was simply spectacular and enriched our stay every day. At the end of our vacation, the landlord even took us back to the airport. This was a perfect accommodation. Imirjon sent lots of tips on restaurants and shops. The accommodation was spacious both inside and out and very well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this home

Highly suggested. The area is not too central but in 5 minutes by car you can be in the city center. The place itself is very good, clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there was a problem with the A/C and it was fixed within an hour or so. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and relax in Tirana, I would highly suggest to try this place.

I spent the weekend here with a group of 10 friends for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect. The house is even better in person and the amenities have everything you could need. We had an amazing few days and Micaela is a really great host, answering every question I had and even took the time to help organise some of our plans. Rovena is an amazing host! We spent a week at her house and it was the right choice for family holiday, the location is perfect- 2 min from the beach, there are markets, restaurants, cafes in walking distance. we enjoyed walking along the beach every evening. The house has everything you could possibly need, the communication was excellent- Rovena willingly and promptly answered all the questions we had! Strongly advise this villa for staying!
