Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kashima

The location is great, it’s close to everything. There’s a lot of nearby restaurants, there’s 2 malls. there’s 2 train stations. it’s very walkable. very convenient. The room itself is clean and as described. It’s a little small so i think the 3 person limit is justified, there’s 2 of us and I think that its just right for us, we can open and close our luggage on the free space. The room is complete and as described, there’s complimentary toiletries provided, even disposable plates, bowls, and straw. I would definitely book again.

첫날은 식탁 밑에 부드러운 양탄자 머리카락 청소를 청소 롤테이프로 잘 했습니다. 덕분에 깨끗한 장소가 되었습니다 다락방이 있어 좋아요. 가까운 곳에 공원과 슈퍼마켓이 있어 좋았어요 유치원 중고학생 학원 도미노피자가게 편의점등이 있네요. 처음에 택시 타고 숙소에 방문해서, 몇일 동안 택시가 왔던 길로 다녀 힘들어요 ㅎ 출국 전날 공원 길을 알게 되어 기뻐요. 지도를 벽에 붙어 있으면 빨리 숙지 할것 같아요. 아니면, 주차장에 현 위치도 관광 명소 그려 있으면 좋을텐데요. 좀 아쉽네요. 동영상도 많이 도움 되었습니다 고맙습니다. 정수기 잘 이용 했습니다. 조그만한 택시는 아이가 있는 가족은 짐이 많아서 이용 하기 힘들어요. 큰택시가 있어요. 큰택시을 이용 했습니다. 잘 선택 해야 합니다. 9인승 또는 12인승 택시는 없는것 같아요. 뒤 좌석 접으면 짐을 많이 실을 수 있어요. 보편 적으로 잘 이용 했습니다. 다음에 또 방문 하고, 싶네요. 사장님 고맙습니다. 다음에 한국에 오시면 숙소 추천 해 드릴께요. 감사합니다.

Good place. Comes with everything you need. Beds are extremely comfortable and the area is peaceful. It takes around 40 minutes to go to the city center by train, so keep that in mind.

Awesome accommodation, especially for families with kids or multiple adults. very spacious, easy to get to and plenty of amenities.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement is slim en praktisch ingericht, met oog voor detail. Alles was duidelijk uitgelegd in het Engels: van apparaten tot voorzieningen, wat het meteen vertrouwd maakte. Het bed was heerlijk, de ruimte licht en rustig, en de combinatie wasmachine/droger werkte top — zeker handig tijdens een langer verblijf. De locatie is perfect: drie minuten lopen van Makuhari Station, in een rustige buurt maar met winkels en koffie op loopafstand. Yuki was supervriendelijk, reageerde snel en gaf duidelijke aanwijzingen. Je voelt je meteen welkom. 🙏🏼 Aanrader voor wie via Makuhari naar Tokyo, Chiba of meer richting oosten wil reizen. Het was voor mij een perfect le uitvalsbasis om vanuit daar overal met de trein te komen.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

Très bel endroit! Placé à seulement 30 minutes de marche de la gare la plus proche. J'ai beaucoup aimé le style traditionnel du logement et les commodités simple à utiliser! Le propriétaire est très gentil et toujours rapide à répondre. Il est bon de noter que le logement, même si il est de bonne qualité pour le prix que nous l'avons loué, représente sa tranche de prix. Certaines choses sont usées, abîmées et le logement est plutôt étroit et moyennement insonorisé. Nous étions deux hommes de plus de 6 pied et nous ne pouvions pas partager confortablement la chambre (Solution simple: l'un de nous s'est installé dans le salon pour dormir). Du côté positif: le ratio qualité prix est très bon! Le propriétaire à laissé plusieurs choses à notre disposition à l'arrivée. Il est très serviable et agréable! Il a fait des efforts pour communiquer dans notre langue de préférence. Le logement est un peu loin de Tokyo mais le train s'y rend très facilement si vous planifiez. Je vous le suggère!

三家族11人で一泊お世話になりました。 お部屋は清潔に管理されており、特にキッズルームの設備がとても満足できるものでした。 おもちゃがたくさん用意されていて、子どもたちも飽きることなく楽しんでいましたし、Netflixも快適に見ることができました。 また、あいにくの雨でしたが、バーベキューも問題なく楽しめる設備になっていてありがたかったです。 キッチンにはフライパンや食器、調理器具などが一通り揃っていて、料理をするにもとても便利でした。 また次回もぜひ利用したいと思える素敵な場所で、ホストの方にも心より感謝しております。

Toru was very hospitable and picked us (a party of 5 plus big luggages) up at the train station. He even took us to the airport on for our day trip and when we left japan. He offered many restaurant recommendations around the property. The property itself was exactly how it was in the photos. Overall, I would definitely recommend Toru’s property.

大人16名で滞在させていただきましたが、ダーツやカラオケもあり誰も退屈せず楽しむことができました！ 館内は非常に綺麗で広くて快適でした。

The house was perfect for our group (3 adults and 1 dog). It’s equipped for the barbecue and has all the amenities you need. It’s surrounded by nature, we could hear the birds singing in the morning with the breeze. The backyard is perfect and my dog enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately our car had a technical problem and Yuko-san kindly offered to pick us up and bring us back to the car. We are really grateful for her kindness and hope she has a good and prosperous life. I wish we could’ve stayed longer relaxing at this beautiful house.

とても広く、友人、犬ともにとても喜んでいました。 プライベートの庭の中で一番綺麗で広かったです。犬たちが楽しそうに走り回っていて嬉しかったです。 ジャグジーもとても広く友人とゆっくりできました。 また泊まりたいです！

10명이 이용했고 바베큐도 맛있었습니다 맥주도 시원하게 마실 수 있도록 준비해주셨고 밖에 가방을 두고 나갔는데 잘 보관해주셨습니다 닭이 새벽에 많이 우는 약간의 불편함이 있었네요
