We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children. We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people.
