A Japanese-style house is available for private use by one group. The space is 72 m2, so you can relax in comfort. Ideal for couples, families, and groups. Our house is located 15 minutes from Narita Airport or Narita Station by car. Ideal for guests using Narita Airport. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.

Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in to give you quick instructions and key.( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) We can send luggage to your next destination for extra fee

The area around the station is bustling with buildings, giving it a vibrant atmosphere, but just a short walk away, you can find scenic rural landscapes, making it a city with a unique charm. It takes about 30 minutes by JR Joban Line from Kashiwa Station to Ueno Station, making it very accessible to Tokyo. From Narita Airport or Haneda Airport, it takes about 1 hour by train to reach Kashiwa Station.

SUMIRE AOI HOUSE - Minimal Japanese House

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
