The apartment is decorated in a relaxed way respecting good taste, providing luxury and ease of life. It is a new build (finished in 2015). The front balcony is 50 square meter, fitted with full length remote controlled tent providing shade to the table, four seats and if required also to the two chaises longues/deck chairs. The view from the balcony also includes the Acropolis and even the Saronic bay is in your eyes if you wish to mix ancient Greek history with the sea in just an eye view

Cozy modern 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with own private entrance. Located 2 minutes walk away from "Neo Faliro" train station. Close to markets, hair-dress, bakery and coffee shops. Metropolitan Hospital , Karaiskakis stadium and peace and friendship stadium are near by the apartment. Easy transportation access to Piraeus port or El. Venizelos airport by train and bus.The apartment is in a very convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The appartment is spacious and bright, fully refurbished, with high ceilings and floors of black marble, lovingly decorated.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how well everything worked out. My Wife was thrilled I found this place! Our hostess was super friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to see. If you love coffee, amazing pastries and Mediterranean food, it’s everywhere and all only a short walk away. This little apartment has views of the port that are second to none and air conditioning on both levels. A motorized window shade keeps the bedroom private and offers an incredible sunrise view if that’s your thing. Multiple options for public transportation are just a short walk away. Taxis, buses, light rail and the subway. This is definitely a place you should consider if Athens is part of your European adventure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was in pristine condition and everything was as advertised. We had a slight hiccup issue on arrival with electricity however the host addressed it and had it fixed within an hour. Pro’s - Great Air Conditioning Units - Safe location - Very clean and well decorated - felt premium - Fast and easy WiFi - Incredible balcony with views galore - Peaceful during the morning and day; quite and cozy - Great Host Con’s - Older small antiquated elevator that is tight and a little “sketch” but worked well. - Evenings can be loud in the Marina which will be heard in the unit. This may not be a con if you enjoy the sounds of night city life (as I do) but if you want or need pure quiet; this may not be a great fit. Tips - Apartment is in a building with residents; not a good location to have gatherings or “parties”. - if you have real mobility issues, give yourself some time with the steps/elevator, etc. Overall fabulous place; book it

This property is beautiful and much better than the pictures are able to show. Very clean and the view is great with an amazing patio space. Imge was very welcoming from the first minute I arrived. The only negative is that’s it’s a little bit hilly in the area but don’t let it deter you. There are great restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

The apartment was lovely and clean. It’s on a steep hill, so walking for some may be difficult. Once you get down by the water, there’s lots to do and see, and wonderful restaurants with beautiful views of the marina.
