The apartment is located in the newly built building and is in the final stage with good acoustics, and is located in the center 30m from Skenderbeu Square. It is a quiet area without noise. The apartment has an entrance with two parts, two separate doors, where one part is an office while the other part is an apartment. In the vicinity are all the most frequented bars and restaurants, the city promenade, the city museum, the beautiful lake of Debar, the churches and the old mosques of Debar.
