They were very responsive and warm to me even though I only stayed for one night. It was a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Although it was a bit far from Hakata centre, I would still find everything I needed nearby! They were even kind enough to give me a ride to the airport the next day. Lovely people, nice place!

Very cozy apartment in a quiet area. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and fast wifi. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The only negative is that it's about 45 minutes from the city center, but the public transportation is good so it's no problem to get there.

It was a trip with a baby, so I was looking for a place to sleep on the floor rather than a bed, and this place was perfect. I had a small accident while parking late at night, and the landlord was so kind to help me that I was able to solve it well without any problems. Also, this place is close enough to walk to Dazaifu Tenmangu, so it was a really good location for a morning walk. Above all, what really surprised me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. I've used a variety of hotels and resorts so far, but I've never really seen a cleaner place than here. In addition, the landlord lives on the second floor, so I was relieved to be able to contact him right away when there was a problem. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation, and I would definitely use it again if I come back to Fukuoka. It was close to the center, and the accommodation was so clean that it was a very satisfying accommodation! There was a station right in front, so it was convenient to move around:) Next time I come to Fukuoka, I want to stay for consecutive nights!!!

Pretty lucky to have found such a spot to stay in Fukuoka. Convenient location & we had a pleasant stay. We felt great overall except the stuffy smell in the kitchen bathroom area due to zero ventilation was a little bit uneasy.

I am so lucky I found this gem. I really like staying outside the city Center so this is a perfect place for me. Mr Masaru has been helpful throughout our Stay. We were able ti maximize our stay by using the bicycles available free of charge. What you see from the pictures is the same from actual. Although it’s a long walk from nearest station, I didnt mind walking from that distance.

As a frequent visitor to Fukuoka, first of all, I think that Ropponmatsu is a place where you can feel more relaxed and feel the atmosphere of Japan than in Hakata or Tenjin. The host was also kind, so communication and measures were quick, and the Indian curry restaurant on the first floor of the building and the Japanese skewered restaurant right next door were delicious. The owner and the employees who work are also kind. In addition, there was a Lawson convenience store right in front of the accommodation, and there was a general store or Starbucks not far away, so it was convenient. Above all, there are so many advantages that Ohori Park is less than a 5-minute walk away, and that there is a bus stop or subway station right in front of the accommodation, so it is difficult to list everything, such as the convenience of getting to the city. The accommodation is also a loft, so I think up to 4 people can use it. If I go to Fukuoka again, I will definitely stay here.

There is a 24-hour supermarket, and Bijakutei is very close, so I had a comfortable stay. There was also a parking lot nearby, which was helpful.

The house is big and elevator for you to go up. It have a specific parking area for self driving people. Room is clean and suitable for group travel.

Located just a few minutes from JR Minami-Fukuoka, the room is so accessible. There’s everything you need - it feels like staying in a house, not a hotel room as there’re facilities like kitchen, microwave, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, smart toilet, etc. Masaru was also very responsive, and provided useful throughout the period of my stay. Highly recommended!

This is a simple apartment room with 2DK. It seemed cheap for the price. There were only paper cups and chopsticks, and no other tableware or cooking utensils, so I would like to have at least a minimum of tableware. However, it was sufficient for the purpose of sleeping. Thank you very much.

We all had a lovely stay! Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities are great. Fully equipped. Laundry facilities in house too. I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️

I visited with 4 people and it was so comfortable and well rested. I visited during Golden Week and the hotel was too expensive, so I rather stayed in an Airbnb with the maximum number of people, but it was the best choice. I said that there were a lot of small places to stay in Japan, but the bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of space to sleep. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable!! The new building has Netflix, a dining table, a veranda, and the host is incredibly kind. About 13 minutes on foot from Hakata Station? There are Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby, so the convenience is good. It was a little uncomfortable that the number of towels came out less than the nights I stayed, and everything was very good. If you want to stay in Hakata, be sure to stay here!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
