Sea Breeze Villa with Stunning Views in Nissaki

The Sea Breeze Villa is a stone villa, made of traditional Corfiot stones from the nearby village called „Sinies“. The sea views from the wide front terrace and windows are breathtaking. Entering the villa you find yourself in a small hall, off which is a traditional cute kitchen with a window with views across the pool and patio doors onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the terrace or a romantic dinner by the pool! Off the entering hall is also the spacious comfortable living room with lovely wooden floors made of cypress wood and many openings, which give way to the light and the sea breeze. The room has comfortable furnishings, an impressive antique dresser and a fireplace in the center. You can relax watching the view, reading a book, hearing music or even watching TV. To the back of the living room is the sunny dining area with a large window looking across the pool area. A corridor leads to a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has its own quiet private terrace surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has a window with spectacular sea views and a charming private roof terrace with views across the pool and the sea. This roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day and night. If you wake up early you can see the sun rising from the sea and at night you can watch the moon and its silver lightning over the sea. Romantic and stunning at the same time. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom with views from the window across the pool to the sea and another twin bedroom with a window to the side of the house. These two bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a window to the side. All bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. Corfu town is accessible by car and by sea. It is about 35 minutes away by car. Boat trips leave every day from Nissaki to Corfu town. A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

A very nice and quiet place to stay with private parking space in front of the place. I liked the entrance area with a covered terrace best. The place was very clean and of high quality. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and I liked it very much. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and I always got answers and helpful tips. I can recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet and modern stay for their vacation in Corfu. Thank you for the great time. „Most of all, I was happy about the grill :)“

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful peaceful place. Even if we catch 2 days of autumn rain we had a good rest, we felt safe and we enjoyed amazing views with the sunset, sunrise and thunderstorms above the sea and islands. Marina was very friendly, responsive and I admired her earth-friendly mentality. She did a nice job reviving the old villa. There's no wifi or tv available so it's the perfect stay to keep your eyes on the nature and recharge yourself. We are happy for this experience, nice to meet you Marina! :)
