We loved our stay at Francis-Alexandre's cabin. Gorgeous mountain view, private lot, modern and spacious kitchen. Would stay again.

The cabin location was perfect, so serene and beautiful and very remote. The outhouse was clean and close to the cabin. The water cans kept for use in the cabin were good. The cabin is well made for winters - a wood stove, heavy blankets, fire wood. It is a bit difficult to spend nights in the warm summer though, since the windows don't really open and we can't keep the front door open because of bugs, bees and mosquitoes. Some of the windows don't have curtains so daylight during long summer days can make it hard to sleep at night. I would recommend carrying everything you need for the stay - ice for the cooler in cabin, food, oil for cooking, bug spray, toiletries. The nearest store is a gas station that is 25 mins drive away (and the ice maker there was broken when we needed ice). Whitehorse is 45 mins drive away and Haines junction is 50 mins. The cabin had utensils, pots and pans for cooking, water kept in cans, grill, wood for the woodstove, matchsticks, lamps for dark nights.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous small house! John was easy to communicate with and the house was well situated to the areas we wanted to ski at. Just a few small details - yes, the ventilation can keep a light sleeper awake but it can be controlled on the control panel (at least I think I was able to change the setting because it seemed to come on less after changing the humidity level). I like sparsely furnished places without clutter and this certainly was well enough appointed without extraneous furnishings, however we would've liked a small coffee table or end table to put our drinks on (was scared to knock over on the rug) and a more comfortable eating table/chairs instead of the slatted patio furniture currently in use. Thanks John! You have a little gem and we hope to visit again!

A wonderful place to settle in and explore Kluane Park

We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer! Such a cool glamping experience with everything that you need for your stay. The location is beautiful and the tent is cozy! 10/10

Great place to stay in Haines Junction. We cooked dinner every night and used the grill. Had what we needed for a relaxing two days after hiking. Would definitely stay there again.

George’s place is my new Haines Junction favourite! Beautiful views, quiet location and an immaculate space. The space was thoughtfully created and we rested so well! Totally recommend—one of the best Airbnb I have ever been in!
