Apartment holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

We had a lovely one night stay at the apartment as a family. The accommodation was clean and as described, with all the necessary amenities. And the pool was great! It was at a very convenient location and easy to check-in and check-out. Orlando and Michelle were great hosts and we would highly recommend their place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Martin’s apartment. Excellent location. Comfy bed and lovely pool area.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

i have stayed in many Air Bnbs all over the world and i have never had a host as responsive, friendly and helpful as Nadia. not only did she offer to send us a taxi to pick us up at the airport but even pick up some food for us from the local shop! The apartment was as described and well worth it for the price! about 20 minute walk to paphos old town and 15 mins to venus beach. all the pools were lovely and the view from our balcony was beautiful. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to cyprus! top tip would be to conquer the buses it made our holiday a lot cheaper and they came quite frequently.

Great stay here. 250m walk to the beach. Lovely clean apartment in a good spot. Perfect location for short walks to beach, restaurants, bars etc. Would highly recommend. Host was great. Good communication. Thank you

Could not have been more perfect. Such a comfortable well looked after place with everything anyone could need. Excellent airco & not too noisy. Roomy balcony, good all day/evening. Lovely pool, clean & good size, well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Laoura's place was amazing! We felt right at home. The place is spotless and has everything you need. It's close to the beach, restaurants and stores and has an amazing view from the private balcony. Laoura is a great host and is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this place, you won't be sorry if you stay here!

Just arrived home after a lovely stay at the Azzuro apartment. The place was immaculately clean and modernly furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The welcome pack on arrival was very well appreciated. The hosts Vana and Paul are just wonderful, friendly & helpful people who couldn’t have done more for us. I would definitely recommend the apartment and also Vana and Paul as hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Such a good experience! We needed an alternative quickly cause of a problem at the previous Airbnb and Dovi answered right away, making the check-in a breeze. The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. The neighborhood has walkable restaurants, bars and sights. Bus stop and free parking are right out front. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

Beautiful apartment, very organized and clean, very close to the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos on Airbnb. The host is very polite and always answers questions. And only five minutes walking from the apartment to the sea. Under the apartment there are some restaurants and bars of different nationalities. I’m very close supermarket . The neighbourhood is beautiful and everything is close, I definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot

Absolutely and by far the nicest hosts ! They did everything possible to make us feel right at home in Paphos and in their apartment. I should say this is also THE CLEANLINESS was on a new level for me and I’ve been to plenty of hotels and Airbnbs. It’s right at the heart of Paphos but so secluded and quiet at night; you also have free parking on the premises; coffee machine with actual coffee beans; the list goes on!! Huge thank you to both our hosts and we can’t wait to be back!

The apartment is located in a very convenient and quiet area. The indoor parking is a great added value. I would have liked to visit the nearby Mall, but the time available was limited. There are also several bakeries nearby, open 24 hours a day. Sotris' house was clean and welcoming with everything you need. There are many power outlets for charging devices. The shower is spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen is also nice and big. I was also very pleased to find beach towels available and of course two bottles of water in the fridge, which are always a nice welcome. Thank you Sotris!

Incredible value for the price! The sea is just a 5-minute walk away, and the same goes for many restaurants. The city centre is only a 10-minute walk (we recommend taking the seaside route). The pool is massive and open from around 8 AM to 6 PM. There are tons of cats around, and they’re all lovely! The apartment was clean and had all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Each room had an air conditioner, which was a lifesaver in the heat!

Really enjoyed staying at Maxim’s. It’s light, airy and has everything you can possibly need. Beautifully decorated and equipped. Loved not having to be always out. A simple meal on the balcony some evenings was restful. Lidl 2 minutes walk away. Bus stops a minute or two beyond. Go to Paphos harbour one way or coral bay the other. From the bus station you can go all over. Buy a day saver for €6.50. Please note bus you catch outside Lidl will take you only to the bus station. You must get off and catch another to harbour. bus station is very walkable though as are The Tombs of the Kings. Ten min walk, crossing the road outside Lidl is Venus beach. Cannot say enough good things about it. quality loungers and brollies just €7.50 for the three. A Q code to scan to order coffee, food drink. Really good shower and toilets and super sea with breakwaters for swimming. Restaurants Bacchus on the harbour, Olivetio a short walk turning left when you reach main road and Gustoso approx 10 mins.

Had a lovely holiday at Nic’s place, was very clean and tidy, nice size balcony, nice pool which was always very quiet most of the time was the only ones using it so felt like our own, not to long of a walk to the harbour where there is lots of restaurants. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Nic

Great time spent here. So handy for the coastline and lovely walks. Easily accessible and Paul and Julie were very helpful with everything!

I can only recommend Andreas as a host. During our stay there was a problem with the water, Mr. Andreas almost immediately solved it after our agreement. The apartment served us well for me, my husband and one-year-old son. We were able to use the kitchen fully with all the basic equipment. I visit Paphos regularly, I chose the location on purpose. Everything is in good proximity. Restaurants, Kiosks, Markets, Mall, Harbour and other places :) Thanks for your stay 🤗

A helpful host, smooth check in and out. Access to swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. An overall premium feeling place to stay at a great price.

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

Fabulous stay. We will definitely be returning. Great host. Very peaceful location away from the hustle of Paphos but close enough. Great pool. Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Bed was just like home.
