Holiday rentals with a pool in Kauswagan

it was only a night stay this time but will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and pictured - comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host/agent did a great job of maintaining the space, and everything was just as expected. The amenities were convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I had a wonderful stay in this three-bedroom Airbnb in Cagayan de Oro! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing all the comforts of home. Ms. Naphy was incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cagayan de Oro.

Our stay here is a blessing in disguise, it was very comfortable and fun. The whole family had a great stay overall, we only wished we could have extended another day. and Kenny was also very accommodating, helpful and respectful.

We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

The host was exceptionally responsive and considerate. We were traveling with a baby and arrived in the city earlier than the scheduled check-in time. She kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra cost—something rare compared to other places that typically charge a fee. The room had a warm, homey ambiance that made us feel truly comfortable. It’s a great place to stay, and the balcony was definitely a highlight. Thank you Ms. Sarah!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The room was tidy and clean. The host always responded fast when needed. The only missing thing was the fact that there was no hot water in the shower.

Excellent place to stay. Guards were on duty 24/7. The pool is clean, a great place to hang out. Easy access to malls and transportation stations

Stayed for 8 days with 4 pax. Satisfied with the unit. Joy is awesome. Plus, i like the self check in and check out mode.

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Definitely a recommended place to stay .

My son and I had a great stay. We loved going down to Tapsi Boi in the mornings for breakfast. Pool was so nice. You have the area to yourself in the mornings, so nice. You can walk to the mall, but it's very hot and just as easy to get Grab. Definitely get the Grab app. People at the property were so nice. Everytime I went to the pool I would talk to someone new. Loved having a washer available. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. A/C worked great. The condo is about 1hr from the airport. Traffic is crazy. Lanie responses quickly, thank you for that... Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning...3 elevators, so never a long wait. 8 th floor corner condo with huge windows so you have great views. There is a place below that does have music between 8-10 pm. If you want to sleep before 10 bring ear plugs or like me I have sleep sounds on my phone.
